The bank provides most of the documents required for this process except your documents and tapelift that you get from DCI. It took them 2 weeks to give me all the documents and one day to do the transfer and get the logbook even though I paid for that. Otherwise NTSA can take more than 3 months if you don't bribe someone.

Hi guys, am a car dealerships in Mombasa. I do not encourage my clients to be financed by a bank. The bank put more interest rates which end up on car repossession. I would encourage hire purchase. We accept 40% deposit and we give up to 24 months. We are located in Mombasa.
The installments amount is definitely high because of short repayment period. This makes it harder than the bank option. You're giving 24 months and bank gives 48 or 60 months. Depends with capabilities of the buyer though.

Not advisable to take a loan to buy a car for personal use unless you are financially very stable. Maintenance of a car is not cheap.
