Wow, what a breathtaking condo! 😍 The design and amenities at Arcadia Millennium Tower are truly impressive. That rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views is a game-changer! 🌅🏊♂ If I were in the market, I'd be scheduling a viewing right away. #LuxuryLiving #ArcadiaMillenniumTower
I have never been to this development prior to the shooting of this video. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised on how well they have packaged the development as a whole. We've worked this developer for several years now and I can firm say this is some of their best work.
@@mohawkroongchao I am very familiar with construction process and first thing I look for is reputability of developer, will they finish the project and are they politically connected, Height Holdings met these requirements, I bought pre construction, the project was delayed by 1 year, but with pandemic its expected, plus most projects never finish on time. 😀
I have a 29 sq mt unit on 11th floor Beach facing Foreign owner, its on the opposite side of the show rooms, I am curious on how much it would sell for, and rent for? I have 2 TV's and 2 AC UNITS, will put in Fridge and Washing Machine, plus sofa, curtains installed. Height Holdings very reputable developer, and largest on the Eastern Seaboard, they delivered even with the Pandemic. Great video
Realistically, you will have a to look at undercutting the developer's price slightly. I know that currently the developer is listed at 2.699M for the same unit type on floor 12 under Thai quota. If you are looking to maximize profits you might want to try to get 2.7M out of it. However, I think a buyer is looking to get a foreign quota unit for less than 2.699M to feel that they got a good deal. If you will think differently, feel free to debate this logic.
@@KingRisen-g1n I see on the market right now that units like yours are listed between 15,000 - 18,000 baht per month for a 1 year contract. If you have a sea view you can probably get away with asking more towards 18,000 baht per month. But in the end if no one is viewing your condo, that would be a signal that pricing is probably too high.
A statement to totally laid back high class living, you just glorified it sir. 👌 👏 ☺
Thanks for the comment. It really means a lot.
Can buy studio there now for as low at 2.2 M in fq. Price decrease a lot since launch

Highly overpriced.
I understand. As a buyer, everything always seems a little too high
@@mohawkroongchao As a seller, its not high enough right? I will say to be positive, that is does have nice qualities.
@@donmesser00 You are quite right about that 😉😉😉😉
