Every local waterway across the bay area is being poluted with human waste and trash flowing into the bay from the homeless. What are they gonna do about that?

But it’s okay for the homeless population to ruin and trash the Guadalupe River?

Homeless encampment development on the Guadalupe River is not approved by the city of San Jose.

@@Sixrabbbit And yet they exist. Let's face it, they are only suing the developer because there's money in it for the lawyers, the environmental groups. There's no money in suing the encampments, so they just let them litter rather than face the bad PR.

Can we move all the homeless people to the Sierra Club? They have nice wooded area to house them

FYI the Guadalupe river is filled with toxic human waste and is quite nasty. I commend those animals for surving in all that nasty human waste. It’s nasty down there.if theses wild life people really cared then change would already would have happened. But people now a days are more reactive the proactive. Shame

environmentalist worried about a new project but not the bums that trash the creek or pollute the general area is classic politics.

The so called "environmentalists" don't really care for the environment they are just NIMBYs using environmental reasons to stop development

With the right amount of money from the developer. im sure the Sierra Club will soon quietly make some exceptions.

This development is better than a parking lot, will bring people to the area and drive homeless out. It will change DTSJ

In other words, Sierra Club needs/wants part of that development money and only then will they give them the green light! Problem solved!!

Ok, but let the homeless pollute and deficate in the river that’s fine right?

Not to mention if the river floods (Don't laugh; it could happen.), it would damage a building that close.

Easy money, hit those rich companies with lawsuits for a good old shakedown. The law is on our side too, more money for the cause. You can't sue the people in the encampments, there's no money there. You can't sue them for littering and pollution. But big companies are soft targets for a good old fashioned shakedown.

Dmitry Orlov discusses the Ukraine situation and Russia undoing 30 years
worth of accumulated damage, while the West punishes itself attempting
to thwart Moscow. He discusses the legality of Russia's military
incursion which is absolutely necessary in terms of its security.
Putin's goals are to militarily neutralize Ukraine, get rid of the Nazi
extremists, and form a new legal structure. Regarding energy, the U.S.
can't go without Russia for more than a few months, Russia can go
without the U.S. practically forever. Western hysteria threatens
escalation of the conflict. Dmitry reveals the mystery of why Putin sits
at the far end of the table. He feels the U.S. is destroying the dollar
which will destroy American living standards. Western leaders are
losing their electorate and he's concerned of the mental damage that has
occurred throughout the West and thinks living in a place of social
    cohesion will be important.
