I deleted all social media apps from my phone,deleted all nudes pics, phone numbers which aren't useful, stopped watching certain movies and listening certain songs that made a huge difference, my phone is all filled up with Christian music and sermons ,if you really want change don't ignore the root causes ,the small things that you may think don't matter they actually do. Just continue desexualizing yourself from everything that will lead you that sexual lustful desires... From there your healing will come I believe. I'm also a victim of lust and masturbation but I'm doing the same thing I just said to you. Slowly I'm healing. But believe me it not easy coz the urge comes up almost every time, You just have to keep distracting your mind from it.

good day, it come be a case where there is a legal right in your life. you can speak to a trusted pastor or any other minister in your church who can give you godly council and pray for you. The devil is tricky and he is doing this to frustrate you to feel as if you want to walk away from God but do not. Try doing a 3 day fast unto God concerning this. Get some prayer points concerning this, renounce sexual sins and demonic soul ties, declare over your body that you body is the temple of the living God and not the body of an harlot. Pray and go into spiritual warfare during your fast. Also when you get these types of dreams, when you wake up immediately go into warfare prayer against these spirits. If you can pray in tongues that do so. The enemy will try to make it seem like your fasting isn't working but still persevere and continue your fast.
If you need to do more than one session of fasting then do so, sometimes these spirits are very stubborn and adamant so we need to do what we need to to get rid of them. Also remember that the word says that Jesus has given us the authority to trample over these spirits, the Holy Spirit lives within us and we are more powerful than them, we just need to activate the faith that God has given us to overcome them. Sometimes we don't understand why we go through these things but sometimes God uses it to bring us to another level and to understand who we truly are, don't lose faith or courage. don't go to sleep feeling afraid either because these spirits feed on our fear and if we are afraid they've already overcome.
