i really needed this. the lack of gratitude in my life destroyed my realtionship with many people in life... i spent most of my time complaining about the things that i dont have instead of spending time being grateful for the thing that i do have. This was like an addiction on my life which took a huge toll on me allowing me to be depressed and negative. Lord forgive me for the many times that i have been ungrateful.

I call it the “Gratitude Gap.” I picture myself and feel myself in that place of lack, that used to be me, and I feel that energy across space and time and I send my love and encourage across space to that old lacking version of me. The gap between, from how far I’ve been and far I’ve come, that’s my gratitude gap. I can feel how far I’ve come. I am grateful for how far I’ve come and I send that gratitude back to help my old self to help them and inspire them.
