most UA-camrs use a light like that it is a circle light that goes around the camera and makes her eyes look like they have the little circle in their eyes. but I also love the way it looks haha

Oh no you should've kept using the waterpik consistantly! It's just like using any normal floss. If your gums aren't healthy, they'll bleed and hurt. But once you do it consitantly then all that will go away. When I first used the waterpik with my braces it hurt so bad, but now I use it everyday and it doesn't hurt whatsoever or make my gums bleed. Just trying to help anyone else out who's had the same problem as you. Oh and also I like to floss AFTER I brush my teeth because it rinses all the toothpaste off and makes my mouth feel super clean. But I would highly recommed the waterpik to anyone who has braces because it actually made a huge difference in the health of my teeth and gums. I'm also probably going to continuse using it after my braces are off just because I love it so much and I hate normal floss.
So the waterpik replaces normal floss?
will it help with my puffy gums? i have braces it has caused for my gums to become puffy since braces makes brushing and flossing slightly more tedious. but my gums are puffy and it is preventing the spaces in my teeth to be closed. i am about to order a waterpik. will it help deswell my gums per se? thanks.

You're so confident and gorgeous and now I feel like I can be the same even with braces. Thank you so much!!
I also use the waterpik. I have the fancy one, it has 10 speeds and it comes with a ton of different attachments. it's soooo helpful with cleaning up the braces. when my teeth are sore after getting tightening, I use the water pik on the lowest setting and it helps massage my gum line.

MoonlightRose12208 I had braces for 22 months and now (4 years later) I have to get another treatment and a jaw surgery. 2 years braces before and 6 months after the surgery. And my teeth look mostly straight. One is sliiiiiightly crooked, but my mouth isn't big enough for all my teeth (Got a retainer when I was a child for that, but did not work enough, and I already got my wisdom teeth removed) so they need to remove 4 teeth -.- Good luck for your braces!
I hope everything goes okay! Thank you, things are going okay. My ortho was talking about possible extractions. I don't get it though, honestly my teeth aren't that bad. I've seen worse cases with great results after braces with no extractions. I've know about the cons of extractions and I will not let it happen!

I would not recommend using whiting tooth paste bc when you get your braces token off there will be little yellow spots where your braces were

+Alana Regina Actually since your teeth yellow over time, if you don't use a whitening toothpaste during your treatment then you could have little white spots and the rest of your teeth will be yellow. Using whitening toothpaste will keep your teeth a more consistant color than if you just let them get yellow for the few years that you have braces.

that's right because when I had braces when they came off it was yellow that just means that the braces are messed up or something like that because my dentist told me that so yeah💖

I use to want my braces now I hate them and want them off but i need to do whats best for my teeth lol but its so hard to brush without making ur teeth look yellow my teeth arent yellow there actually really white but near the brasket its like a tiny yellow and it sucks lol
same I thought it was just me who had a little bit of yellow by my brackets.
the yellow is just glue for the bracket.

You actually are not supposed to use whitening toothpaste because when u are brushing your teeth with a whiting toothpaste you brush everything but under your brackets so when ur braces come off everything is white instead there is a huge yellow square where the bracket was

Please do a video with your before and after with braces and a braces experience video! It could be all in one video is that makes sense :)
If you use toothpaste with a whitener like 3D white it makes the places that the braces were on like squares around ur whiter teeth. So try finding a toothpaste WITHOUT whitener. Just a tip

It's really not that bad it hurts the first few days and then everytime you get your braces tightened! I've had braces for over two years and you definitely isn't that bad

I have braces and got them for my overbite. Right after i got them i have many gaps . Mind you never had gaps in my life . After that i got swollen gums and brackets are always breaking . Hate my braces . but this video made me feel way better about it ! Thank you ❤️

The Colgate toothbrush is PROPER. I have the black one - I bought it 2 weeks ago, when I felt how soft the brush was, I thought it wouldn't do a good job - but it actually leaves my teeth literally squeaky clean!

No! Don't sue whitening toothpaste! When you get your braces off your teeth will guaranteed to be stained! My cousin got her teeth whitened before she had braces, and she used this exact toothpaste and her teeth were stained!

Love this post. And I didn't think I could love you any more! When I first got my braces on, I started using a whitening mouthwash to avoid the dingy, yellow look. I stopped using it though because I got paranoid about having yellow spots. I definitely need to invest in that dental kit because literally every time I go to the dentist, they get on me about the plaque surrounding my teeth. It's so annoying.
I remember when my girl would show me these videos and get so encouraged. She gets her braces off now next year. It was cool to see your ex with you throughout the whole process . Hopefully y’all split for the right reasons and not LA clout.

Its bad to brush your teeth with whitening tooth paste because the part of the tooth that has the bracket on it doesn't get whitened causing your teeth to be two different colors.

hey! if when you DO get your braces off you do have more yellow spaces from where your brackets were, use a whitening PEN!! I know HiSmile has one along with a whole whitening kit but you may be just able to find a whitening pen alone so you don't have to pay for a set. but that way you can whiten the specific places till they catch up with the rest!! hope this helps! you're gorgeous:)

Waterpix has interchangeable heads, the white one you have on is the more stronger on, try using the sensitive one which is blue!

It's very individual. I don't think that the rate at which the teeth transition to their right spot during the braces treatment is connected to how clean the teeth are.
Some people have a high rate and will finish fast and some people have a slow rate and will take more time to finish the treatment.
Good video. As white as I thought my teeth would be after braces, they turned out to be really yellow! I think I'll just have to get them professionally whitened though. I have braces videos on my page also, would appreciate it if you guys checked them out. Thanks!

I know you already got your braces off but the reason your gums would bleed when you used the water pick may be because you weren't brushing or taking care of your gums well enough.

If you want your teeth to look whiter all you have to do is get aqua lime green or teal bands or 2 of those colors and it makes your teeth look whiter when I first got my braces I got aqua and lime green bands and my teeth looked whiter than they usually are

You actually can but be careful because when you take off your braces you will have darker stains. Unless you are going to whiten them after hey are off.
+ThatBookLioness That's like mines too, my teeth were turning a bit yellow after I got my braces and i hate how it is cuz my orthodontist said that the glue they put has fluoride in it and if my teeth around the bracket are yellow it will make a white square where my bracket was when they take it off. I want to use whitening toothpaste but my mom is like no so idk wat to do...like idk how to stop my teeth from turning more yellow...and my orthodontist complains that i dont brush good but i press so hard and use a lot of toothpaste but i think its cuz i need the whitening toothpaste but my mom wont let me get it so wat do i do????
emailed my densits and she daid as long as the tooth paste has a small amount of fluride in it then its okay just no wjitening strips.

The pain will go away it takes a few days I'm of eating hurts really bad I had a lot of oranges or cuties they are much softer and gentle on your teeth and maybe try soup and soft foods or which I don't recommend just numb out the pain but eating hard but yeah it will go away soon so I hope that was a little helpful

I have two different toothpastes. I use a non whitening childrens toothpaste when I have canker sores or cuts because it doesn't sting. Otherwise, I use Colgate Optic White. I have used it for what 4 years now and I can't even count how many tubes I have gone through. It doesn't whiten like crazy so I use it daily. I drink a lot of coffee and tea and soda so I can't avoid my teeth getting stained and the toothpaste really helps for maintaining the whiteness.

I've always enjoyed pastel colors but never clear white or black.
wonder struck Thank you for the advise I ended up choosing the only pastel color my orthodontist had which was pastel pink. Love it, it blends perfectly with my gums and lips. Was hoping that they would have like a purple and a blue for next time but I am just going to stick with the pink if they don't :)

I do two colours, colours that I recommend are : pink and green,pink and blue, blue and green and purple and blue, those are my favourite
I love getting purple or light pink. Light purple looks nice but mine faded to pink in 3 days.
