You have a beautiful personality - I’m not surprised you’re a believer - I see a difference in people’s eyes, if that makes sense - there’s a sparkle and glow, compared to flat dull eyes.
I’m 53 and still love the fruity sweet ones - you say high school and I was in my 30’s, lol, so you don’t have to really “grow up” for perfume, just whatever makes you happy in because I honestly think the more sophisticated ones can be headache inducing, and I read that men like vanilla the most, and pumpkin but don’t really like super floral scents despite us women thinking that’s what is attractive and feminine - I’m definitely not saying you have to wear what attracts a man (I’m married and had my husband smell YSL Libra, Marc Jacobs Perfect, and Burberry Her elixir, and the YSL that everyone says is an attention grabber bothered his nose and throat - he liked the Perfect for the simple freshness (notice I didn’t say flowers), but of all 3 he liked Burberry - still strong but just somehow meshes with the skin that makes it subtle and appealing and not Bam in your face, if that makes sense).
