I personally think Sun Yinghao was absolutely right. Yes being an idol means that you should put in the work and you need to have perseverance but we as fans don't want our idols to feel like they are just robots. I cried watching all these human beings struggle so much, crying and almost fainting if not actually fainting but not shown. I don't like this method and I don't want to see them struggle like that. This I not something I enjoy watching. I actually like it when an Idol is earnest with us and tells us when they can't do something anymore I don't want them to put on a smile and struggle by themselves just so we can watch a seemingly perfect show.
first and foremost, this round format is absoulutely unreasonable. Even a 'kpop concert with 30 songs in setlist' isn't packed with only nonstop performance. There are some pauses in betweens like ment, vcr, costume change, unit performances etc so the idols can rest every here and then (not to mention, they were conditioned to build enough stamina to last the 2-3 hours concert from weeks before the d-day, not an abrupt mission like this round). With so many audition programs before this, ever wondered why none has made trainees to dance nonstop like machines as official mission? Did the trainees even get sufficient rest before the challenge or stayed up all night practicing...

I tried my best to observe and do some calculations on the challenge. Here's my opinion: The dance/song seems to be ~02:10 long. It looks like the crew/production/judges stopped the continuous dancing after the 3rd-4th time. So they were dancing ~6:30-8:40 long, not including the 30 sec countdown. IF they were idols performing, it'll be ~2.5-3 dance songs with no 💧(if a song was ~3 min). Assuming they were given 💧only during the judge discussions or something, if we base it off what was shown in this episode. Even though it was only shown once. I've been to ALOT of Kpop concerts, and most of them drink 💧after their 2nd-3rd dance song, depending on how hard the choreo is. Some even drink 💧 after every song if their dance choreo is intense or where the song is listed on the setlist. In this ep, Eric (an active idol) mentions that the choreo is hard even for him. Which implies that the dance/song may be physically hard/draining/intense. So it makes sense for the crew/production/judges to stop the continuous dancing around the 3rd/4th time so the trainees can have a break, catch their breath, etc like Kpop idols. Before Sun Ying Hao interrupted, they danced 4x continuously already (not incl. 30 sec countdown). The timer was going to make them dance for the 5th time 😟 It absolutely does NOT make sense why the crew/production/judges would want them to continue dancing when they previously stopped after the 3rd-4th time, especially without drinking 💧So, why did the timer continue? 😒 Also, if the trainees continuously danced according to what the crew/production/judges wanted (the 5th time), the trainees would have to dance intensely for ~10:50 long which would be ~3-4 dance songs with no 💧. Which is crazy! Bc ONCE AGAIN, even active idols drink 💧 after dancing ~1-3 intense dance songs/choreos!!!! Heck, most idols probably need to often hydrate the longer or more frequently they dance intensely. Lastly, the trainees finished 18 rounds of dancing before Sun Ying Hao interrupted. Which means they probably performed ~13 intense dance songs already. Most Kpop idols don't even perform that many intense dance songs back to back at concerts. They'll usually add some ballads, less intense choreo songs, audience interactive songs, or solos/sub-group songs mixed in as well as their breaks or ments. This allows the idols to rest and avoid over working their bodies. Whereas these trainees are only dancing to an intense choreo song with little hydration. Plus their mental state 😞 So of course they are tired, drained, exhausted, and can't move or dance anymore! 💯 agree with Sun Ying Hao statement that they are HUMAN, NOT MACHINES!! They need to rest or take a few min break before continuing to avoid over working themselves & their bodies. It's utterly shocking that Lee Seung Gi would even compare this challenge to an idol concert or state that he understands why Ying Hao said this. He is not the best judge to make this statement to the trainees since he's a balladeer 🙅♀️ NOT a Kpop idol. I love Lee Seung Gi but I was definitely disappointed in him and what he was trying to say. The audacity 🤦♀️ also, Ying Hao did not ruin their rhythm. Due to his interruption, it gave the trainees a very much needed break/rest. And from what I saw, this break helped them compose themselves, gather their thoughts/resolve, and perform better even if they were to be eliminated. Sorry for the long rant but this was very unsettling to watch 🥺

我很喜歡看選秀節目是因為喜歡看為夢想而努力，這過程當下努力讓自己發光發亮的年輕人們。
但這是我第一次看選秀節目看到難受無比，這已經不叫磨練，會想出用這種方式作為評等機制的節目團隊，是壓根沒想過他們每個都是一個"人"這件事，我看到的只有用高高在上的方式來凌遲這些充滿夢想的人。
很想持續支持某些選手，但也不想繼續觀看助長這節目，好矛盾～臭製作害我如此低落。
很不赞成这样的赛制，太不应该这样对待学者们，建议改变或调整一下。😮
