I Go To The Disney Parks Every Week & These Are The BEST Things In Disneyland
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 жов 2024
- I'm lucky enough to go to the Disney parks for my job every single week -- usually multiple times. Because of this, I have my all-time favorites -- and least favorites -- in the theme parks. And today I'm sharing them all with you!
Come with me (Molly!) across the country to the OG Disney park, Disneyland, as I reveal the best rides, eats, and entertainment. But there's a twist -- I can only pick one thing for each land, which makes for some very tricky decisions. With fan-favorite lands such as Fantasyland, Adventureland, and Tomorrowland there is a lot to choose from, what will be on top? Only one way to find out!

You tearing up and having real emotions on videos, is a big reason I love them! Such a real response and community feeling!!:)
“When you drunk drive, you get hit by a train and go to hell. A classic fairy tale” 😂😂😂
We love the classics.
Fun Fact - The wooden sign for Winnie the Pooh, Splash Mountain, and Indy were made by the wood carving artist Raymond Kinman. He holds classes teaching people how to carve and has been featured on PBS. He also keeps extremely busy with commissions. Rumor is, which cannot be confirmed or denied, that he may or may not be working on a new larger piece for public display. His art and skill is AMAZING!
Yes! Formerly known as a former Disney artist! 🎉🎉
Fun Fact: The Magic Shop wasn’t always unique to Disneyland. There used to be a magic shop in Walt Disney Word’s Magic Kingdom on Main Street USA, called “The House of Magic”! You can still see the awning with that name on it. I should know, I used to work there performing magic and even performed for Michael Jackson when he came there in 1991!
That’s amazing!
Loved that as a kid!
Ok I would LOVE a “where to stay” video for Disneyland Newbies!!! We want to visit sometime this year but are Clueless to location distance for walking from offsite vs staying on-site! Been to WDW over 35 times and can plan with my eyes closed. LOST when it comes to DL!!!!!
I love that we're getting so much Molly and Disneyland content!
Fun Fact: Molly giving the over-the-glasses-eyes to the poorly named part of Tom Sawyer Island in FL is my new favorite. Love.
During Dick Van Dyke’s 90th birthday “party” at Disneyland they had a lil dedication for him at Jolly Holiday and he led the crowd in an impromptu “Let’s Go Fly a Kite.” 😭😭

YES!!! the Dapper Dans, "When You Wish Upon A Star", in front of Walt's window 😭😭😭. I haven't been to Disneyland since I was a kid. I feel like I would have so many emotional moments when I step through the gates with my own kiddos. Thank you Molly for all you do. My kids and I have been watching your videos for years, they LOVE you!!! ❤
When Molly said "We're walking into The House of Mouse" I was instantly hit with the nostalgia of The House of Mouse TV show that used to air on Disney Channel. I love this!
Oh, Molly, you brought many smiles to my face with this one! I remember my first trip to Disneyland (1965). That feeling you describe about Main Street, felt just the same to me in the video as that first time my family walked in. I vividly remember my High School Senior Night All-Nighter Trip in 1973.....how much fun that was, with multiple repeat rides on Pirates and Haunted Mansion. I definitely agree with you on your Choices.
Editor's Note: Every time Molly takes a bite of something she loves and turns her head, I always think there should be a caption: "I need a moment...."
Thank you for thrilling me with so much nostalgia and updated attractions, too.
Yass time to sing again! 🎵
Churros and Cristos, a fried cheddar cheese stick,
Toad rides through Hell and The Matterhorn loops quick.
Jig with Bootstrappers; the railroad, it clings.
These are a few of my favourite things!
"You gotta rope drop the chimichangas." The most niche sentence said on this channel so far. Love it!
❤ Molly. We can't afford to get out as often as we'd like, so live our disney fantasy through these videos. Can't thank you enough. We are looking at Disneyland (well, when we think we can start planning, that's going to be our destination) due to the whole Florida thing right now.
When you started talking about the dragon I was like oh no molly Murphy is gone and then RIP Murphy pops up 😂😂
Another awesome video. I love the Disneyland episodes. I'm originally from California as a child. So this is almost as fun as being there myself. I get the feels, thanks Molly!!☺️👍💜💜
Molly: took me 3 minutes to cry
Me: *gets teary eyed* while she shows the Dapper Dan's singing in front of Walt's apartment. Same Molly, same
Going to Disneyland this fall and rope drop the breakfast chimichanga is literally on my list day 1 😂
Great video! Hey Molly, in one of your earliest mammoth videos you mentioned doing a piece on all of the details in the various floors/grounds around Disney- can you please still do that? I once read that in the queue for Everest, the imprints on the ground change as they would as you would climb in elevation (different leaves etc). Love all the detail at Disney, and love your amazing way of sharing it!! 😊
A moment of silence for Murphy...... I love these videos. Molly brings up experiences/ food that I've never done being a semi local WDW guest. I've never been to Disneyland but I'm looking forward to it.
Molly, don't forget Jingles, Walt Disney's favorite horse on the carousel. Jingles was given a makeover in 2008 with a Mary Poppin's theme. I was so excited to be there in Fantasyland that day and hear it dedicated to Julie Andrews.
Molly is the ultimate Disneypedia🙌
Just want to say: Molly, I love watching your vlogs! You guys really bring us along with you!
Just booked my first trip to Disneyland I’m so excited!
I'll be back at Disneyland on Thursday! Cant wait...I'm doing Walt's Main Street Story tour so I will be able to go up to his apartment...can't wait!
Thank you Molly for bringing me back to my past .
My two most favorite dark rides in Disneyland is Pater Pan Flight and Buzz`s asteroid blaster.
I'm so glad that my favorite roller coaster is still there.

From your fan Jennifer ☺
Peter Pan (FAVE!), Pirates, Thunder Mtn RR, & Jungle Cruise are my go to attractions! Coco Puff cold brew in Galaxy's edge and Mint Julip in New Orlean's Square are the best drinks! Too much food and snacks to pick!
Loving these Disneyland videos. We are planning for Disneyland in January and Molly is the best!!
The way you eat that Mickey beneigh hahahaha! Pirates and haunted mansion are my favorites! The smells!!!
I will be Molly crying walking into Disneyland. I know I will, ESPECIALLY IF THE DAPPER DANS ARE OUT! But I’m so excited to see all her faves for myself and can’t wait to experience all the magic.
I am a Disney Worlder. Nothing can stop me from going to Disney world at least once a year. I never considered going to Disneyland but me sobbing watching you in toon town convinced me that I need to go
Be prepared, it's a lot smaller, but it's wonderful. It has a charm like no other.
I love this Series!! Can't wait to see them all!:)
I too burst into spontaneous tears when I heard the dapper dans burst into quoting Walt’s opening day speech. Something about Disneyland (my home park) is extremely sentimental and emotional for me. I get to go in two weeks and I’m so excited!
You always provide me with the info I need! I'm going to Disneyland in September for the first time. Hoping you guys upload an Ooggie Boogie bash video before I go with tips and tricks. 😊❤
I love the pink and blue ears!
Disneyland is on my bucket list. I'm a midwest girl. I've spent a good deal of time in WDW, but I've never gotten to experience Disneyland.
My dad and his family took a train out to California back in the sixties, to visit family in Chula Vista, and to visit Disneyland.
It definitely had an impact on him. He's 75.. and very much a Disney adult. Both of my parents are. I come by it honestly. 💕
My favorite from this series so far!! Disneyland is so nostalgic for me. I grew up getting to go there (my dad's side of the family is from southern Cali, could see the fireworks from Disneyland while in my Grandparent's backyard) and I grew up having a love of Disney and Walt himself so, like you, I ugly cry when it comes to Disneyland/Walt things lol this brought me so much joy!!
Same with the ugly crying and my feelings about this park! I don’t feel that was about WDW, although I enjoy it very much
Loved your video! Sorry you missed HyperSpaceMtn in May. And The Grey Stuff at Red Rose Tavern.
when talking about BTM, I know you're comparing the US versions. But come down to Paris sometime and experience the best version of BTM ever build. We go under the water so the track is mainly on an island. Such a great experience!
Love Bengal bbq. Skewers and a bao from tropical hideaway are my must eats every time.
Molly you can see Tinker bell landing tree from right side big lift hill
I LOVE this series! ❤
That clip of the Dapper Dans got me too! 😩🥲
Love the videos my mom grew up with disneyland when she lived out there with her dad and my aunt always will love hearing stories about back then.
Ok…when the Dapper Dans 😭 I just…I am gonna be a wreck when I step foot in that park again.
Thank you for the joy you brought me today ❤️
I grew up going to Disneyland and I remember my Dad loved the Disneyland railroad so much that we used it to commute from land to land.
Molly is my favorite vlogger, Disneyland Resort my favorite Disney park and when these 2 components come together, heaven on earth 🌍 chefs kiss ❤ love it 🤟🔥❤️🔥🙌
I think that once you decide on all the number ones in each area you need to choose from them and declare an overall #1 in the park!
Bengal BBQ is amazing. The chicken skewers can be hit or miss, but the Bengal Beef is always elite.
Ok, this video was so good, that now I want to go to Disneyland. Thanks, Molly!! You make everything fun!
molly - I truly feel like we’d be friends after watching every video, crying at the shows and fireworks with you, and listening to the pod. so my new goal is to make that happen without seeming like a psycho 🤷🏼♀️
Not me crying at work on a Tuesday morning over the Dapper Dans and the Walt speech...
Thank you so much for your videos. Always so much fun to watch. We just got back from a 7 day stay at Port Orleans French Quarters and your videos on that resort and Genie+ were key to us have such a successful and fun trip.
Never been to land and now I want to! Great video, molly!
Absolutely cried at the dapper dans singing! Oh! And I love love love your ears! Great vlog ❤
I was just at Disneyland yesterday. Had an interesting near breakdown at Pirates. First time ever on one of my favorite classic rides.
Can we have an Alans fav things as well
YES I've been thinking this!
I love this video! You made me appreciate DIsneyland more each time you stated a fun fact. I am so happy to grow up with DIsneyland being MY Disnsey park. I always dreamt of Disney World and one day, making countless trips there but really, there's no other Disney park than the one Walt originally and first worked on. Please visit Disneyland more! I would love to hear more about it and listen to your insights (:
@@MichaelRei99 Not sure what you're trying to imply but sure
Great video! When I finally get to DLR, I will be very well prepared by all of your videos, Molly. Thank you!
And I want handpies and meat sticks in WDW!
and cheese on a stick!
I still love the southern style architecture of the Disneyland Haunted Mansion the most. The Disney World building felt like it just got shoved into a corner.
Disneyland is a bucket list for us. Hoping to go next year
I grew up going to Disneyland and now go to WDW more now…so I love and agree with so many of your favs here! Yes, beignets and Pirates are the best 🎉
I commented 8 minutes after the video was posted! That's pretty cool!😂
This is the Disney Park I knew as a child. Now I would have to say my favorites are Big Thunder, Pirates, Storybook Canals, and Indiana Jones. I think I didn’t notice half the rides you mentioned last time I was there! For its size Disneyland has a lot.
Same, Molly. Same. Disneyland is also my favorite Disney park. And I’ve been to all of them except for Shanghai (but I don’t see that one coming close though).
Perfect timing!! I'm going today!
I absolutely love these videos and especially this one! I go to DL for the first time next month and I can not wait!!! Thank you for all you do! ❤
Molly do you have any plans to visit Disneyland Paris! I think you'd love it, especially noticing the similarities and differences. X
The Matternhorn is total nostalgia for me and I swear the churros taste better as well.
Hi Molly- I love at Disneyland that you can walk through Sleeping Beauty
‘S castle. They just updated it and it’s better than ever. Thank you for all your videos!
The bar scene with skeleton drinking is my favorite!❤❤ great pick Molly!
I say instead of cars you give Disney Annual Passes!!!👍🏼 I love all your videos and can feel your love of the parks. ❤
Always love Disneyland videos! 🎉 The Dapper Dans also made me cry and I wasn't even there, so no shameee 😂
My favorite will always be New Orleans square. Pirates was my favorite as a kid and Haunted Mansion my favorite now.
Thank you for more of Disneyland. Can't wait for more hotel and travel information so I can book a trip !
I'm not a crier, but the Dapper Dans got me 😭😭😭
Thumbs us for the Captain Jack thumbnail ❤🏴☠️
I have a Magic Key and go to Disneyland once a month, but sadly have never been to Disney World.
Frontier- Splash (Tiana's Bayou when it comes back)
Tomorrow- Space
Fantasy- Peter Pan
Main Street- Gibson Girl or maybe Fireworks or Parade viewing?
Toon Town- Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway
New Orleans- Pirates/Beignets
Galaxy's Edge- Rise of the Resistance
Adventure- Indiana Jones
What another fun video! I agree with you about the nightmare Pinocchio ride lol
Love Bengal BBQ, give us all the meat sticks! Spicy Beef is our favorite! The Breakfast Chimichanga is a must! We loved Toontown! It was our first time this past trip and it was super nostalgic of the ToonTown of WDW for us!
I guess I met Bobo Fett in Disneyland, but had no idea who he was, thanks for clarifying.
Not me, sitting at work on Monday morning weeping to The Dapper Dans. Nope, not me at all.
At Christmas time they've had the peppermint beignets, and there's nothing in the world like it. ❤❤❤
Nope, none of that has been at Maurice's Treats for weeks. It movied to Edelweiss and Maurice's Treats has been a whole new menu. Lol. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Molly have you ever done the Walts Main Street Tour where you get to go in Walt’s Apartment? I feel like you have but I highly recommend it! I was grinning from ear to ear!
Yes!! Many years ago - may have to go again soon!
DL's splash has an awesome bunny hop drop inside. I'm looking forward to Tiana
Love Love Love these videos ❤️ Thank you Mammoth Club for being just the best!
Hi Molly! Thank you so much for sharing this this information. I'm going in October with my hubby for our very first time. I'm really sad though because I really wanted to see the Joyous Wonders (I think that's the correct name) fireworks show with a flying Baymax! But it's ending at the end of August. We're going to have a great time anyway, but both of us really wanted to see that show. Sorry, I ventured off topic. We can't wait to have the DL churros and trying our first beignets!
Living vicariously through the Disneyland Content until my trip in October ❤
I LOVE riding Big Thunder at night, it's the best experience!!
Hey Molly good vlog and thank you and keep up the good work you do love jari ❤❤❤❤
Loved your rendition of Just Around the Riverbend!!
Based on your review of BTM vs WDW I cannot wait for you to ride the (IMO) *elite* version at Disneyland Paris!
Love your videos! I hope you’ll be able to make it to Disneyland Paris and experience Big Thunder Mountain. That and drinking champagne in the park 😉
Fantasyland Matterhorn win for Pride Month 🌈 it’s what the man, the myth, the legend Bobby Gurr deserves 💗
Bring on 2024, both coasts this time with kids for the first time, big deal when flying from New Zealand, it is a LOOOOONG flight to achieve our dreams.
The weather looks GREAT too!
To the top of the algorithm!
Today I found out mammoth club has a patreon. Fastest and easiest sign up I've ever done.
Awww thank you!!!!
My Mammoth club T-shirt request of the day,”Please bring us hand pies.” Molly, I have a feeling the Island at WDW will go through some cultural re-branding soon, after this vlog gets posted.
