History issues. Hong Kong never had anything close to 1 million until 1900. And New Zealand didn’t have 2 million population before colonisation

What? No, that would be horrible. This projection is extremely unrealistic and exaggerated, it looks like a 6 year old inserted a bunch of random numbers without knowing anything about demography. Max number Brazil can reach, at least until 2300, is something between 300 and 400 millions. Year 5000 and 900 million people is already too much. Also, with so many people poverty would increase rapidly in Brazil, preventing it from developing, and therefore, turning it into a horrible place to live.

Interesting. I love videos like this. How great to have such long-term projections for world population. It's for sure to have many new countries in the future too, but this uses current country borders.
Besides, I am so certain that we will be living longer and may be much longer than ever in the future. I want to make it to age 125, but life can extend beyond that. I would be happy to live to be 200 years old too. This would have less death rates in the future.
It's interesting that Nigeria is predicted at times to be the most populated country sometimes. Now with longer lives and growing populations in more countries I sure am interested in learning more languages.
I can tell Tanzania and Kenya to keep growing a lot in population for the future, and that is my reason for wanting to learn Swahili. And Hindi is what I am interested due to India continuing to grow in population. Mandarin Chinese also because it's to remain one of the very most populated countries in the world. I know English and Spanish already.
But now I know French and German well. I have learned languages since 2017. I am learning Romanian and Russian right now. Russia is also seen as being so populated in the far future, and that is a good reason to learn Russian. I want to also learn Turkish, Armenian and Portuguese.
I can also aim for fluency in 20 languages due to longer lives and more technical yet to come to make us fluent in more languages than ever.
It was once with long-term projections for world population until 2150 only, from 1990 to 2004, then until now since 2004 to predict until 2300. Now this is a significant accomplishment to have predictions for world population until 5000. Who knows what amazing technologies we'll have by then!

. There won't be a European county on this list besides maybe Russia, Turkey and Germany. Native European populations are constantly dropping. There could be a revival but it's unlikely to go this high as Europe is small and they wouldn't be able to handle it
. Both India and China will both eventually develop and people will lose the will to reproduce which will drop both their populations below 1 billion
. If the population boom in Africa ever happens (saying if because some countries don't want a high population and have started family plannings and promoting birth control), the continent of Africa will also develop and lose the need to have children
. The USA will possibly split apart soon, which could make American population projections invalid
. The world population will peak at 13 billion, according to studies

Outra coisa, esse vídeo foi feito baseado nas atuais fronteiras, ou seja, projeta a quantidade de habitantes que terá dentro do território de um país atual.
Mas realmente, esse vídeo é extremamente exagerado: Crescimento excessivo da população africana, mundo ultrapassando os 20 bilhões de habitantes e depois diminuindo drasticamente... são números que uma criança de 6/7 anos sem noção alguma sobre demografia colocaria no vídeo.
