I attended church Sunday mornings, Sunday nights, Wednesday nights, participated in the men's groups for 38+ years - - - but I did not live like a Christian at ALL . . . then about two+ years ago, 'God' called me to repentance. The first thing I did was go look for my Bible. Even though I had several, I couldn't even find one . . . . I went and bought one and the next thing I did was read 1 John. 1 John says if you CLAIM to be a Christian but do not LIVE like a Christian, you are a LIAR. I was a liar for those 38+ years. I attended church Sunday mornings, Sunday nights, Wednesday nights, participated in the men's groups for 38+ years - - - but I did not live like a Christian at ALL . . . then about two+ years ago, 'God' called me to repentance. The first thing I did was go look for my Bible. Even though I had several, I couldn't even find one . . . . I went and bought one and the next thing I did was read 1 John. 1 John says if you CLAIM to be a Christian but do not LIVE like a Christian, you are a LIAR. I was a liar for those 38+ years.

But He is God and He can do anything. I am so thankful that Jesus saved me from my sins and has promised me eternal life. We see some of the beauty that God has made on this earth. And we will never see all of his creation while on this earth. But one day when we go to be with Jesus, he may let us see it all. How exciting, how beautiful heaven must be.
