It was indeed made in Radio Shack.
According with knowledge I can remember, when someone mutate into super mutant, the sex differences disappear. Some of them can maintain certain characteristics, like voice and behavior, like that nightkin in New Vegas. Gail, in Fallout 76, maintained the voice and some behavior, but don't use clothes female related. The FEV was made to create a super soldier like thing, so anything not necessary for battle, survive and kill, is not present in the super mutant body.
The FEV super mutant mutation eliminates secondary sexual characteristics: primary sexual characteristic remain in the Mariposa strain of super mutants but we don't know for sure about the other strains.
In other words: half the super mutants you kill likely are female but there is probably no way to tell unless you check under the hood.
Depends, Marcus in Fallout 2 apparently has working "stuff" from some of the interactions with prostitutes in that game.

Like since we can now make legendary mods why not gun mods which some players might want

even updating some guns that need more modification options, like the 10mm SMG getting improved iron sights, glowsights, red dot sights, recon scopes and short scope.
give up more options. Single action revolver, obvious upgrades are Hammer fanning/Quickshot receiver and expanding the receivers into Normal and Quickshot variants, more barrel options and grip options. Shotguns get buckshot and slug round mod options, we get lever action shotguns and a proper handcannon version for sidebyside and overand under double barrels. a PROPER American Assault rifle Rifle, so the Chinese rifle is an option, the "Assault rifle" is a Machine Gun and gets normal barrels for less weight, VATS cost and hip fire accuracy increase while the Watercooled and Aircooled variants get more fire rate, more damage and better aim down sights accuracy. this would expand the arsenal a lot.

The enclave officer outfit is just a recolour of an outfit thats been in the game for years im sure its an ingame reward for doing the enclave questline in the whitespring bunker
There have been at least three female super mutants although one is a Nightkin I can think of.
The Nightkin Lilly and Super Mutant Tabitha is in Fallout New Vegas.
Gail is the name of the super mutant that protects Ra-Ra.

This is only a small dip in the amount of datamined items from the new update. There is still so much more, those operating tables with the trog and supermutant will be covered with a cloth, and the raid statue (1/5) is large scale.
Where are you getting “teal” from? That’s black. Black and tan, and a tannish/gold.
Let's goooo finally cool rewards. We have like 47 raider outfits, 15 moth outfits, a couple gimp suits for some reason, and at least three Hawaiian shirts 😐 but almost no new enclave and bos paints.

What blows me away,all the enclave stuff up to this point. Is black and high vis yellow. Glad they chose black and goldish. Woulda been nice to see the red and black w white stars like FO4. But I get it 76 isn't the commonwealth, it's the wastland over here, different branch of Enclave. Love the new colors thanks you two❤

fun fact, you cant generally tell if a super mutant is male or female the FEV mutates male and female super mutants in the same way. Some dress and act more female because they managed to hold on to their previous selves a little better than the others.
I think it goes without saying that I am greatly looking forward to these items.
Supermutants lose all gender identity when they become supermutants. RaRa’s guardian Gail only behaves like a mother because she is remembering instincts from before being exposed to FEV.

They have no head because they are unfinished and they need to make new assets for the head.
The Guass shotgun has been nerfed to almost out of existence. It sometimes takes 3 shots to down a goul. I don’t recommend it anymore. I'd love to see what's happening to it in the PTS guys.
A lot of supermutants wear skirts so I think they are female. I wish male and female supermutants had different faces.
The black hellfire paint is much needed but would rather them add it as an actual suit with Fire resistance and a buff to flame damage since the cremator got a unnecessary nerf buy going to DoT damage when the FO3 and New Vegas wasn't DoT focused.

Women and men both turn into that mutant style in fallout. So you are killing women and men when you run west tek. FEV doesn't discriminate. It only knows super mutant mutation. 😊
