This mural was made by Luxor. It's in the city of La plata in 59 street. I can see something that looks like a man reading a book in the water and it's night. I can see very bright colours like Orange, red, blue, light blue, Green, pink and a purple. I think the artist was trying to represent what happened the night of April 2nd, 2013, the flood where a lot of people died and some other hurt. I belive the artist made this mural to conmemorate those who died and to never forget/r what happened that night
