This is what a beautiful family looks like.
I can see the absolute devotion of Mr. Gaikwad to his two daughters. He deserves a lot of credit.
This Gaikwad family reminds me of the Thakur(Maithili) family and the other way round. Both fathers have imparted fantastic training of our Shastriya Sangeet to the children, while the moms have played a great supporting role (and kept them away from the bad effects of Bollywood). Hope there are more and more such families taking forward our great tradition of Indian Classical Music 👍🏼🙏

I repeat what i have said earlier. Little Anjali sang an impossibly difficult 20 minute Yaman khayal at age 10 which was a rare treat. There is obviously more "thehrav" in the singing of the sisters now. Nandini & Anjali , please hear Kaushiki Chakravarty's interview to 2 Americans who were stunned by her music. Please ask some one to translate that interview for you. She has given precious steps and tips in the journey of a musician. HEAR WHAT SHE SAYS THERE , MANY TIMES. THEN FOLLOW WHAT SHE HAS SAID THERE. GOD BLESS YOU.

Both these sister are way mature than there age when singing. They are the future of Hindustani Classical music. I wonder if they are wasting their time in shows like Indian Idol?
Indian idol is no certification for their talent, but it surely gets them the attention and exposure which would take a lot longer otherwise. In my opinion it is a wise use of media to promote their talent, art as well as Hindustani music. Also, the youth of India would rather look at them as role models than the stupid work liberals flooding today’s media who honestly have no such talent, grace or simplicity.
These two sisters are much above Indian Idol. Indian Idol promotes only the modern songs full of shouting and dancing in a mad manner. They only demotivate such golden classical singers. Judges themselves don't know the classical style if songs. It is a joke that Neha us one of the judges.
