There is a big bug with this DLC. Impossible to restore objects (anchor, piano, carpet etc). Either the sanding or cleaning does not work and remains at 0% or it remains just after the action. This prevents 100% completion of missions. Fix that please ! 😔❤️

The dlc for console’s won’t be released for any 7 months to a year due to they have to code it all and then gotta send it to PlayStation, Microsoft so it can be published and etc and that usually takes around 2 weeks maybe more if they think think it needs more work!

Its annoying, but luckily i have a PC, but look at garden flipper, its just trash compared to the PC version, so many bugs, so i think they need to fix those first

I have to say I am disappointed the furniture flipping was tied to story missions. I was hoping it was a new feature that was retroactive through the whole game.
@@otakumarcus It's not so much a trick but a cheap way of making money quick. Buy "the house with a secret", clean it up (don't need to really do much with it) and sell the Van Gogh painting in the basement which is hidden behind the brick wall. The painting itself sells for 55K. You make a pretty good profit once you sell the house. I did that a bunch of times at the beginning to get enough money to buy houses and went from there.

Console ports usually take anywhere from several months to a year or more, if we're going by the DLC in the past

Why cant console players get dlc?
Because PC's are easier, can handle it better, and dont need many features to be removed to make it suitable for consoles.
