My Stitch Fix Preview. Do they even use human stylist? Maybe a computer picks for us?

Honestly i'm wondering if a computer algorithm picks our clothes and not an actual human because I don't understand how a human could read That I want lightweight capri summer pants in a neutral color but not jeans because I have way too many things in denim that's all I wear. And if I'm sending back a shirt and marking the I'm sending it back because I have something too similar button, why would they send me the same shirt in a different color. this preview shocked me. I forgot to take a picture of a jacket that they sent which was the 2nd thing I said they had picked 2 things that were slightly different.The jumper I think is cute. I just absolutely know that it would not look cute on me because of my big butt. And I just did not like the jacket at all.

Hi Kc! I think once upon a time it was real people or maybe if you're a newer customer it's real people but I hear so many complaints these days that I think long time customers are getting sent any random thing based on past purchases. All the clothes you showed were cute but I'd decline them, too if I already had them or had previously tried them. Looking forward to seeing your surprise items.

Yeah, they sent my preview and it had a sweater and some pants when I specifically asked for just sleeveless tops, no pants/accessories/sweaters etc! AND I thought it was funny that I had in my preview two tops identical to the ones you just showed in your video!

The algorithm only reads in the positive. So if you ask for no sweaters or jeans, it will send sweaters or jeans. So, if you ask for what you want in the positive, it will make those offers. If you want dress pants, ask for them in the positive. If 6ou want natural fibers, ask for linen, Modal, cotton, rayon.

I have noticed that they don't seem to listen to any feedback or requests. I asked for a cardigan to go with a dress I kept from the prior fix, not one single cardigan was in my preview, and when I asked again they sent 2 blazers that don't match the dress. The dress was royal blue, with no print so it shouldn't be too hard to find a cardigan. Another time I asked for burgundy tops and I got 1 in my preview.

Not that I've heard of. They ask us to tell them what we want in 500 words or less and say that helps them but I'm thinking that's a lie. Ha! 🥰
