No case, no filing, no hearing simply dismisses the culprit. The more it gets delayed the culprits get more time to manipulate the evidence.
Why Kolkata people/ Doctors do not file for PIL to get all closed/ suspicious cases of RG Kar Hospital opened by CBI.
Why CCTVs cameras are not installed at every public establishments, entry, exits, every 50 mtrs or so. .

Why Supreme court has taken the case while it is already in Calcutta High Court.when the hearing of case is running in High Court how Supreme Court can snatch the case for hearing in Supreme Court .why Supreme Court has not waited for decision of High Court . Supreme Court knows everthing regading the destroy of doccuments ,vandalism in Hospital even then Supreme court has not
given positive verdict. Role of Supreme Court is under question and it is felt by common people as it is seen social media.
