To start the ultimate street food tour in Istanbul I went to try the famous Pilav, a rice dish full of spice cooked in stock and in this case serve with chicken.

To continue the ultimate street food tour in Istanbul I went to try one of the most popular snacks in the whole Turkey, simit.
We got invited into the bakery where they were making lots of simits ready to be put on the carts and be sold on the street of Istanbul.

A few steps down the road I stumbled upon a gorgeous looking roasting chicken that completely blew my mind. It was absolutely insane with all the seasoning, spices and good quality of the meat. The Istanbul street food scene is insane.

To end the first day of the ultimate street food tour in Istanbul, I went to eat Köfte, meatballs, which is one of my favourite food ever since I was little. Turkish food is absolutely incredible.

To continue the ultimate street food tour in Istanbul, the following day I went to try the famous Turkish breakfast. We had insane menemen, Kaymak and a very unique chicken breast dessert called Kazandibi.

Moving on with the ultimate street food tour in Istanbul, I went to try Tantuni for the very first time. It was spicy, juicy and the special sauce made the difference.

We were in Istanbul in early Feb 22....really love the lamb chops and the really juicy and tasty adana kebap...the way they cook lamb is another level... Kofteci huseyin was awesome too..never had a juicier meatball
