Yeah nah ! Try using a motor pulley on weight that squashes the bladder and returns up . Far less moving loud parts !
That is too large a pressure! You only need 0.2 N on a 0.1 m radius balloon!

arduino is cheap enough, there is an arduino clone with different chip, it is too cheap. reducing to one arduino task has low priority.
