I like how their making King Dedede try to keep up with Kirby in term of strength. Kirby gets even more ridiculous strong in each game, but at least they’re giving new thing to King Dedede. I’ll say he’s a match or could outmatch Meta Knight at this point.
They're kinda doing the same for meta knight tho, dude has psychic powers and his final smash is canon now so the dude still kicks tail like few others, that on top of being a better swordsman than the universes best swordsman somehow
Not taking damage to rescue a Waddle Dee is one of the harshest things in the game. Everyone is getting used to this new 3D format and some attacks are quick or unpredictable (Clawroline for example)
Clawroline without damage is absolutely balls to the walls difficult. Her attacks are predictable now, since I've memorized them, but her speed in her attacks makes it almost impossible to get through an attack without taking damage.
It's crazy to see how far he's come. Some Kirby villains die and are only seen on pictures and through cameos while the ones that did good redeemed themselves!

Actually, King Dedede captured Elfilin in World 4 in the battle of Winter Horns. Beating Sillydillo in World 5 Originull Wasteland, Elfilin was not in the victory dance.
I absolutely thought they were going to show galactic knight and the butterfly as a boss. Because sealing, teleportation and being in parts makes me think of morpho don’t you feel similar?

i'd say meta knight is the most intulectual, dedede has the most physical strengh, and kirby has a supernova amount of hidden potential.

You probably know by now, but it’s very easy to avoid taking damage if you use the second grade sword ability, or any of the ice abilities.
The funny thing is that for the first 5 or 6 bosses, as a challenge, you need to not take any damage in order to free a waddle dee.
Man, Dedede throwing that Waddle Dee and staying behind shows just how far he's changed since the beginning.
He went from being a completely mean hearted king to being something of an ally to Kirby since then.
