Sir, there is one BIG difference this year… due to high scores, cutoff for AIIMS and JIPMER will go very high. Students from Karnataka who would have gone to these central medical colleges will now opt for state colleges. Hence, cutoffs will increase by 8-10 marks even at higher scores/ranks.
