I suffer with anxiety and was having a anxiety attack turned this on and layed down. The way my anxiety started to crawl out of my heart was insane. My Mom is dying. She has fought her cancer for three years, and now it is time for her to rest. It’s difficult to find peace in a time like this, but here…here I think I’ve found a calm I’ve sorely needed. Thank you.

This just popped in my yt playlist . I'm having an inner fight with my ownself at this moment . I'm having this for three days and already missed studies. I'm in a really calm and silent environment but feeling noisy in my mind i don't know how to explain it but somtimes thoughts can be more noisy than any other sound😢.
