You are a lucky man to have such an amazing support system, and what is even better is that you recognize it. You are going to need so much more support going forward as well. Of course I have not had weight loss surgery, but I hear it is like re-learning how to eat and how to listen to your body and "new" stomach. I wish you nothing but the best success and I can't wait to see the success that is to come!
MissJulieJanee Thank you very much Julie! It is like learning to eat all over again. There a several stages of eating that I have to work my way up to before I can have normal food again. So there's a lot left to learn and do, but I'm ready for the next steps :-)

Just remember to embrace the changes that you will go through, work hard to develop new healthy habits and reach out to any of the wonderful people in this community that have been there and can certainly support you.
