Sorry I have been away for the past 3 weeks. Here is a look into a couple days of my life as a culinary student. i hope you enjoy, and feel free to let me know of any video ideas you might have.

Please can you do a video talking more about culinary school, how you got in, the cost and all of that, and things people that want to go to le cordon bleu should know before applying, cos I plan to go to a culinary school but don't know which one yet and don't know if it is worth my time too. I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant where all the recipes are my family’s recipes in fact my family has got some good food we have a whole cookbook and that’s what I would base my restaurant of off and the fun thing is every new generation gets passed down the family cookbook and it’s my turn with it and I want to do something special with it

This is my favorite video so far although I cringe every time I see a lobster cooked live or butchering cattle with a blunt knife. And I CANNOT believe you gave your lobster away! Giiiirl!🤣

hii do you think going to culinary school is worth it? because I am planning to go to le cordon bleu too! but I don/t know if it's worth it because it's so expensive hehe
jochelàtte it’s definitely worth it , it is quite expensive but the experience and the knowledge you get out of it is worth every penny if your passionate about the culinary industry do it

I graduated from this school in 2014, was sad to see them leave the United States

I think it is Le Gordon Bleu in London? All their USA locations closed because the Obama administration cut off federal loans to students who go to Le Gordon Bleu.

I think culinary school is the best choice considering you get to have more experience in a real kitchen and learn more of the pros and cons of the real environment of working in the restaurant industry

Memo Alalawi you don’t spend how much time you stay in class , the hours are long classes are about 8-9 hours a day

did they teach you how to cut 2 sacks of onions clean 5 boxes of shrimp scrubs 5 boxes of potatoes and punch them and... blanch them plus service. all in one day the. call me the day you master how to clean 100 lobsters in a day with your prep work and service done 6 days a week no lunch break.
