God's Promises are Good, True and Eternal
despite our unfaithfulness and need for forgiveness
He is merciful, abounding in grace,
and is Faithful ... no plan of the devil, no power of evil
will ever circumvent or thwart the will of God ...
for 1000s of years you can count on it
more than clockwork
Key point: The promises of God - His Word - do us little to NO GOOD if ... WE DON'T BELIEVE THEM and so many perish in their stiffnecked pride to rebel against God rather than believe and the consequences can be devastating.
I've been convinced that I've not only not trusted God's promise. But even believed the lies of the enemy. Im so grateful for God's faithfulness in spite of my faithlessness.. but i need to heed this word! Thank you, this was very helpful

Praise Yahweh the one true God. Revealed Triune as Father, Spirit, and Jesus the Son, each member fully God of which there is only one. 3 distinct Persons coexistant, coequal, and coeternal sharing 1 Divine Essence. Jesus lives and is God, Christ, King. Repent of your sin and believe in Him and be saved to eternal life!

I think David has a teaching about the Lord's Prayer.
Do not forsake the Lord your God! This why the Lord God sent Rezin and Pekah to lay siege on Ahaz. May we never forsake our Lord no matter what our circumstances may be.
