Surronster did a review on his channel - he had a nightmare experience. The seat sensor gave him HELL! He spent more time on the phone with tech support than he did riding.

Has been mentioned many times now that NAXEON complete fixed all of the problems. There is an official video out there from them talking about all flaws and what they did. Surrenders review should be updated not during he will do so

Saw this at Electrify Seattle and rode it on a tiny track. I love how it feels even if I couldn't go faster than 15 mph. I really wanted to do a speedy brake check on it as I think it will be VERY stable given that unique front suspension and all the rear weight in the hub motor. That bike also has a lot of upside for future AI with its radar and cameras. It would be so nice to be warned of some jerk going into my physical space with their SUV. That e-bike at the start of the video could have used a warning.
We are getting closer to a real Akira anime cycle every year.

Trying to show the bike exactly as it is and what I experience while testing. In this case I had an experience and it's easier to share when you get a cool product. It just flows naturally.

Glad to help! It depends on the state you live in. I did not confirmed with DMV but I spoke with several people and I was told that it does not require license or registration. I will follow up with DMV and post later.
The Tyson corner area gets too busy. You should keep going west and up route 15. Those back roads are fairly light on traffic.
I just moved here so I am still learning. That patch where I tested the top speed is awesome.

Sur Ronster was being honest and he cares about his reputation. I am very happy he made the video and released it. If things are fixed I am sure they will contact him and have him check it out with the updates. It does not look good on you to make the comment you did about him.........
They are not happy with his video. Its not going to happen...it's called sharring opinions....it's only right to do the right thing which you apparently are not aware of that!
@@ElectricVehicleSpace If they don't ask him to check it out with the updates it will just look bad on them because he is the largest E-Bike channel on UA-cam and everyone will go to his channel to see his review before dropping $7500 on a bike with 100 mile range. It would be in their best interest to have him review it again with the updates. Naxeon should have never sent out a bike with those problems. They should have tested everything 1000 times before sending them to a dealer. Its not a good look for them.
@@bladesandedcit should actually be in his interest to give his viewers honest reviews so he should at least do a follow up. As it stands now, his review is incorrect and customers will not receive the version he tested. Being one of the biggest reviewers it should be expected to care for correctness.

Surronster could care less what one company thinks at this point. He's honest reviewer and reviewed what they gave him. That simple.
@@bladesandedc I am telling you it is not going to happen. He does not do comprehensive reviews and 90% of his followers are kids that have no purchasing power. Look at his demographics on the channel and comments. Getting views is reach and that is great but to many brands complained that after collaborating with him they did not get any results. I like his personality and he is cool but some videos are just not well made if you are looking from review perspective. For fun and entertainment he is great.
This could be an option for people thinking of an electric scooter… more range, more comfortable. My Dualtron STORM UP was $4400. And the STORM isn’t exactly a comfortable cruiser😊
the dualtron you can loaded in a car this is impossible unless you roll it in a truck but the comfort is nothing you can compare to any scooter. It is so much more comfortable than many motorcycles I have tried. For 7.5k it is the perfect fun commuter.

What ever happened to the Aima Hyhawk? This looks like a larger, faaaar more expensive version of it, I'd rather have the Hyhawk for the $2000 it was supposed to be before it just stopped existing
I think I am is superior in any way possible. I would choose I AM, save and spend more $$$ to get a better product.

@@ElectricVehicleSpace I destroyed my left leg in a hyper-scooter accident 3 months ago, I'll never be able to run full speed again, let alone stand comfortably for 8 hours a day, I have to live in the real world where I'm struggling just to pay bills, I can't simply will $8000 into existing, not all of us have the kind of connections you do, like people sending free stuff to review, $8000 is too much unless you are doing really well financially already, as of now I would have to scrape and save for nearly 6 months just to save up $2000, I have to be realistic, probably going to save towards a Wired Cruiser, it's $2000 and would allow me to Doordash on the side to make a little extra money while being enjoyable and giving my leg the exercise it needs, that's my current goal, but I'll be lucky if I don't have to sell everything I own by the end of this month just to cover another month of rent since my job at Circle K is taking forever to get back in their system, I sent in a return request from my doctor over a month ago and still not back because it's a Canadian based company and the entire setup is screwing me out of dozens of hours I should have worked by now, when's the last time you went a week without eating or worried you'd have a place to live the next month? When these issues arise $8000 becomes a laughably impossible amount
Should also invite to invent a 2WD version! Regeneration Should be better and it could go to the Enduro market?
I think it will be too heavy and not so efficient. The way it is it is super well balanced. It is set up for range but can be unlocked for speed sacrificing range.

actually an additional motor in the front would allow to make the rear one lighter and the most important thing with these 'unsprung weight hub motors' is heavy rubber tires with plenty of space for cushioning

@ElectricVehicleSpace that would be awesome but I can't ride right now. I have a torn quadriceps tendon I'm recovering from. That's how I found your videos. I have electric unicycles and was thinking about moving to e-bikes. When I'm able to, absolutely let's ride.

I'm not sure but judging by power delivery 300 plus pounds it can push easily and even more. You may need to adjust the suspension but power is plenty.

Would like to know about the battery…which cells, and how much trouble to access the battery, in case replacement would be needed?
just remove the top screws and bottom and the entire panel is out. I removed them and have seen the underneath. It is pretty well done. So easy to work on if you need to. The battery is massive. Good cable routing and pretty straight forward.
All the gimmicks looks good but still the Ryvid Anthem or Outset is hard to beat because is cheaper and faster although the Naxeon IAM has a little bit more range.
Antem is not fater and range on I AM is twice bigger.
@@ElectricVehicleSpace my Anthem have the new upgraded ASI controller and have a top speed of 83+ mph.
@@DigitalPlaygroundTV I can upgrade the same controller on this bike and make it faster but that is not the point. This I AM is way more superior in geometry, suspension, software, capabilities and I love the design more.

Snail is fast I reached 50 mph just acceleration is more smoother. 7kw power versus 12.5kw.
Do you need to registere it to the dmv? i live in winchester virginia.
I can but I am not 100% you need to. I have over 400 miles on it and so far no one stopped me.

Although the bike have a hub motor if the tire are flattened then it would be difficult to repair.....they could have given PMSM motor it would be better.....
Tire repair is standard like on any motorcycle.
