@@Lifeisbeautiful-973 Hello. As far as I know, every person's hair is different. And one shampoo that suits one person may not suit to other. And in your case, your shampoo might not suit your hair. So you better change to other option. Try few shampoos and do some research about your hair type (frizzy, dry, oily etc) and shampoos that suit your hair type. And always use a conditioner after shampoo. Use heat resistants while using heat styles. Hope this helps you.
And don't forget to get nutrients from food for healthy hair. 🤗

I do a hot oil massage at night basically at evening and do a loose braid and at morning just wash that . Using the hot oil method for so long and yes definitely i got much benefit than using directly from the bottle
