Thanks Dan These videos bring back a lot of memories of growing up on Kwajalein , Ebeye has grown and was where the Marshallese people lived Every day the three level barge would commute them to Kwajalein to work Many were housekeepers and cooks who became like nanny's and aunts to the kids
During my stay in the early 80's, when diving near Ebeye there was a known SCUBA diving danger called, "The great Pamper Monster", you had to be a very defensive diver to survive...I still get chills thinking about them..ugh.
Since it was sunk outside the atoll, that means the wreck is in 12,000 to 15,000 feet of water probably. I would love it if we had the capability here to go that deep to find it.

Awesome video!
Very interesting 👍
I was on Kwajalein twice in the late 50s and early 1960. I certainly enjoyed seeing the photos of the island as it is today. Thank you.
I was in the Navy Sea Bees stationed on Okinawa and the stop at Kwajalein was for fuel and provisions. I really did not get to see a whole lot.
Great job on the video!!
Such a great job Dan!

LOL...still gotta be careful.... ;)
Great history as well as the dive.
I would love to see my Dad’s ship, DD403, the USS Trippe. It was used in atomic testing and sunk by gunfire off Kwajalein.
