in the laser printer part 3 the consumable, you need to watch out is only those model of laser printer that has non drum attachable tonner cartridge, actually you wont find in the laser printer, you will find in the copier, obviously copier are expensive.
My laser printer seems to find a very usual problem I cannot seem to find anywhere on the internet, it's a HP CP2025 and the 3 colors (YCK) prints great but the Magenta (M) does not print no matter what I do, i even replaced the cartridge twice with brand new genuine toner and the magenta still will not print. Help please
Hi Neil! You did the right thing by replacing the cartridge. If that didn't solve your issue we recommend getting your machine looked at by a professional - they will be able to help you identify what the problem is!

I think it's great that I get US$80/hour to fix them. What's not great is that goes into keeping up with tools to do the job right the first time.
And also... If the printer won't turn on, always remember to plug it into the wall 🤦♂

Good point, it's not a hard and fast rule, more of a general guideline/rule of thumb.

Not true it's always just ink. Some cartriges have print heads.
