- FS22 Making hay for the sheep is the next episode in the Silverrun Forest Let's play series on Farming Simulator 22 Platinum expansion. We start the day off cutting trees for the old sawmill so it can continue production. we then load up all the pallets of prefab walls we have and take them to the Rollercoaster ready for them to be used when needed. The next job is to buy farmland 42 and then cut the grass in it so we can make hay bales. Once the baling is all done, we build two sheep pastures and buy 50 sheep so we can start production of wool which we can then use to make fabric which is required by the boatyard.

You have just become my third farm sim youtuber Sim Farmer. Along with Daggerwin and MrSealyp. Brilliant stuff mate. Really loving your videos. Thank you for the great time. Btw, you are creating a really nice and cozy farm yard here. I wasn't expecting that place can be warmed up like that. I also created a field in that exact same spot. Mine is a bit bigger and I have planted Sequoias all around like a fence.

I remember playing, I think it was, FS13 (the first game with forestry) And I placed a bunch of trees right by the pond that you used to sell the trees in and just cut them down so they fell in to the water and got sold directly😅

When you have mods that are a bit too OP in terms of income generation, just turn the decoration costs back on and the game is fully balanced again😅

I may be wrong, but it seems you had more vehicles in your used vehicle sale than I do. I might have like 3 vehicles. Is that a mod? Btw great video! I'm loving the let's plays
How do you get all those cool mods? Driving assist mod, running mod, godhands mod? Can I get that for xbox?
They're all PC only mods unfortunately
Question I am xbox one but don't kno if it makes a difference but the forklift and iron ore equipment u get at the start off silver run I cant sell them or repair or repaint wen they get damaged fully r they or will they be still on map cos it would be a pain lol
You don’t own them so you can’t do anything with them.
Would be nice to be able to repair them at least, but then again, i dont think they were ever meant to be used enough to need repaired. I dont know as i didnt make the game though, but that is just my thoughts.
@@SebastianLong did you try clicking on them and reset them? I just read that someone did that and they could actually sell them and repair them. I don’t have the platinum so o can’t test

Any reason you go with hay over just feeding the sheep grass?
You get more hay compared to grass in the same field
There's no real reason other than the fact I'm so used to playing with seasons from previous versions where grass rots over time, unlike hay, so I just stick with hay out of habit
Hay gives more production from animals.
