Pasighat is the headquarter of East Siang district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. Pasighat is the land of the mighty Siang and indigenous hanging bridges. Pasighat is also referred to as the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. It is the oldest town in the state founded in 1911 by the Britishers.
