DOT has most developers. It's complicated because it is focused on decentralisation.
You need to do your research before filming
Polkadot has more wallets options like Talisman, Nova Wallet and Subwallet. They have very good UI/UX. PolkadotJs was created for developers not end users

You apparently didn't do much homework before making those statements. Polkadot is the most open ecosystem, and it has the most developers among all the blockchains.

And don't expect adoption in a bear market. Avalanche Fantom Solana all got massive adoption in the bull of 2021. Before that literally the same situation.
