My bike delivery was like renting bike from a shop a tech explained some details and gave me the key when I turned around nobody was there. It was delivered near there parking area my poor xpulse don't even get a chance to jump from stairs
Actually when exiting a terrain which is not proper, saddling is the best option where you don't have to apply the weight on the bike, just keep the clutch in control and let the bike roll out.
There is no fault on her. There is no ramp and the ride height is so high, even with ramp (you'll feel it when you're on the bike). With just steps, it's tough for anyone. Don't blame the girl.

i am in kerala. For commuting purpose i bought the new splendor extech. I was so disappointed in their services. In Hero service manual, they mentioned certain number of mandatory check ups but they didn't do any of that. They simply change the engine oil and washed vehicle. Even polishing is also mentioned in their manual, when i asked them about it they simply said we don't do that kind of stuffs here. Not only that particular showroom. I called many showrooms in Kerala i was shocked when i get the reply from their side none of them do any of this. I checked wheel alignment, both side marking were not matched....after lot of filing complaints against them i failed. I am tired. Hero is fooling us. Quality is not finished at the end of manufacturing. Quality of service is also equally important. I would never suggest this brand. There is also a stupid customer care to fool us. They speak pleasant because of that we may think our issue is solved but reality is nothing gonna happen
