I _do_ use Safari on my Apple devices alongside Chrome, however, because on my iPad, Safari is just better. It’s just as fast and convenient as Chrome is, and even more secure than Firefox because it’s made by Apple, and they are crazy about security.

Brave is definitely one of the correct answers. Doesn't usually lag, blocks out ads, malware, phishing attempts, has its own VPN and best of all you can download pretty much all the video files out there onto a playlist for offline use.
If anything, I use Edge cause I couldn't deal with Chrome and Firefox kinda...uh...slowing down...a lot...at times...but maybe that's cause I had a bad computer in the past. Still. Couldn't handle it so I just gave up and went "Oh screw it, I won't bother."
Opera is just reskinned Chromium with a bunch of added features. Firefox is one of few major browsers that don't rely on Chromium and thus don't have Google's influence.
