Nice Video! I love to see what's in the Florida market but the insurance fiasco for homes and cars, scares me for now. Also, this house seems overpriced. I like the home you toured with that builder a few weeks ago. Thank You!
Because of the area, you can understand the difference in prices because Ocala is one hour from Orlando, and this house instead is 10 minutes away. Job opportunities, schools, and lifestyle are way better if you are a city person
