For those like me that came to find out where to put the other extension, and failed to find an answer, I found a way to fit it all. I placed the turbo eraser on the back left, under the hose. I placed the crevice piece (that didn't have a home in the video), on the top front. Pet hair eraser on the back, top middle holder. I placed the brush on the wand, and was able to fit the two together where the wand normally goes. Hopefully this helps others.
Good try! None of those fit properly, except maybe the small brush on the wand, but then you have to remove it to use the wand. Then the eraser and the crevice tool are loose and fall off if using the machine. The problem, is obviously they forgot the crevice too altogether.
Since my crevice tool didn’t have a home, my dog decided to chew it up to peices when I wasn’t paying attention. I’ve only had this vacuum a few days. Happy birthday to me 🥲🎉
Thanks a lot Bissell, came here to watch where the crevice tool is stored and I can see from the video it is stored on the ground and not on the vacuum or inside the larger extension.
I know i tried to figure this out for like an hour and gave up so annoying i just put it where the pet hair eraser tool would go (I don't have pets), the hose is kind of in the way but it still fits.
I was able to fit the crevice tool inside the wand extension. After many failed attempts I was able to insert it on the back. It kept hitting the bottom of the brush extension but after leaning the vacuum a little I was able to fit it in place perfectly. They fit so closely together that its a miracle it went in. Not sure why that wasn't in the video. 😮💨
Omg, you have to look real close in the directions and read where they write that the crevice tool doesn't store on board. Wow that's great, just something to get lost.
Yeah I know, I was trying to get it to store on the back and it would not fit inside the extension. Had to come youtube because I felt stupid thinking it must be stored someplace else. I will give it a few months and it will be lost forever since it does not store on the vacuum
So I guess the crevice tool just lays on the floor? We've all tried, but the fact is, the design is not complete, and because of that, neither is the video. If you try to rearrange things, they just fall off or you have to move one to get to the other. If that holder for the brush wasn't there, I could put the crevice too inside the wand tool. How simple could that be? If fact, I may take a saws-all and remove that holder so I can do just that. Meanwhile, just turn the crevice tool upside down and stick part of it in the wand tool. The answer is, it's a bad design. Everything else is fine, but a lot of people let this design flaw go into development, and that sure is curious after all the other work they did on it. I was surprised to find how heavy it is.

First off, it says in the text in the video that the crevice tool does NOT store on the unit. Secondly, what the fuck do I do with the small black thing?? Says to twist into place on the back? It doesn't even fit lmao

I have the crevice tool from my old Bissell, so I'll cut to the chase and use that instead.

Great vacuum, I love mine! The crevice tool does in fact fit inside of the extension wand. It fits right in place on the backside of the vaccum. 🙂
Only the extension wand goes on the back of the vacuum. Where does the crevice tool go??

No the crevice tool doesn’t fin to the wand. It will go in partially but then won’t fit into bracket.
Can you use the original filter that was already in the vacuum and use the febreeze filter when needed?
I hate that this vacuum doesn’t have storage for crevice tool on the vacuum. This was a huge misstep.

Hi Matthew - the extension wand fits on the back of the vacuum, there's an upper and lower wand holder.
I've been looking for it for 1 day. In fine print it says in pamphlet. Not on board storage. Bad

I was able to use the provided screws. I just guided them in by hand to start them. Then from there, I just used the screwdriver 😊👍
