He ended up liking me back so we started “talking.” My friend got really upset and ended up blocking me after we started dating but eventually kinda got over it. Fast forward a year we’ve been dating for over a year now and during that year she still seemed to be obsessed with him. We both have her blocked now 🙂

So my 2 ex-best friends and I had a crush on this boy named Tyler. We told each other and said fair game. After a few things happen, the girls and me disliked each other so much that Presley (ex-bestie 1) and him “secretly” started dating. Me and him where good friends so he told me. They broke up because, well Presley is a horrible person. Fast forward to the end of the year and I find out he like me the entire year. At this point I lost feelings for him.... um so yeah.

So me and my best friend actually liked the same person. I liked him first then she told me. I was in literal shock. Long story short me and him got together and after a few months I found out she had a crush on both of us and she cried when we got together. I asked her if she was ok with me getting with him and she said yes but she didn’t want it to happen.
My ex bestfriend used to like every guy that I likes and at first I didn’t think anything of it but then a week after I told her I liked this one boy she liked the boy too and then she started to flirt with him and everything. Since I was a good friend whenever she liked the same guy I did I would back off of him even if I liked him first but then once I told her I didn’t like the boy anymore she would say, “oh yea same” and she would just use all the guys after getting together with them which ruined my chances of having a chance with them.
Edit: the boy that I liked told me that he liked me back and so like a week after me and him told each-other we liked each other, my ex best-friend started flirting with him even more and hugging him. That’s whoever I finically had enough of her toxicity I smacked her, we aren’t friends anymore and now I’m dating this guy cause I realized I had to ask him out before she tried getting revenge. Which worked out for the best

A day late but I have to share this story. I had a crush on this guy from grade 7 and one of my bffs told me in grade 8 that she liked him. She didnt know I liked him because we recently became close. I, being the foolish kid I was ignored my feelings and helped her confess. He politely rejected her, and then in grade 12 when I confessed to him, he said he liked me all along. We dated for like, 9 months but we broke up recently. My friend had moved away in grade 10 and she doesnt know that we dated or that I liked him. The breakup still hurts but the time spent with him was fun, and that's all that matters.
I had a friend group of 3 (including me) and all of us liked the same person and the other two of my friends BOTH dated him and after he had dated both of them he started trying on me. I was like nope, forgetting ew!

Me and my best friend have no secrets. Been besties since I was 15 and she was 14. When I say we have no secrets it's so funny cuz its literally to the point of no boundaries lol. 11:25 I would have to disagree with you, Sharon. Do you go around asking people that? It might not seem like an invasive question to you because you are straight and therefore not marginalized. But in reality, it can make some people who are not straight very uncomfortable. I know I would be if someone asked me (I’m aromantic and asexual btw). It can even be dangerous, for instance if someone lives in a homophobic community.
It’s kind of like asking someone’s weight or if they’re pregnant. You wouldn’t ask someone that, would you? (Unless you’re a doctor)
If someone wants you to know their orientation or anything else like that, they will share it with you. If for whatever reason they don’t want to say, that’s totally fine. It’s really not something you should go around asking anyone.
