I'm not sure a law would be the thing to use. This should be a common sense thing. People using this kind of language on any comment system should just have their comment rights revoked, perhaps leading to a ban on the site. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to abuse. If social media would stand up to these people with actual consequences, their users will conform or stay away. That takes active moderation though, and that's where the cost comes in.
Harvey is such an amazing kid. Some people have terrible pictures of him and they need to know that he is nothing but an innocent child. He seems like such a friendly and happy kid and Katie is such a good mom❤️

Very ironic. This woman has used the media at every available opportunity to further her career and now wants to control it for her own narrow self-interest. She’s intellectually incapable of seeing where her attack on free speech would lead. The remarks about her son are vulgar and unnecessary but if she hadn’t pushed him and all her other children into the limelight, she would have less to complain of.

This woman clearly doesn’t have the highest IQ in the world, but I’m sure even she isn’t thick enough to not know that those sorts of people exist, and it is honestly therefore her fault that Harvey is subject to these sorts of comments. Nobody forced her to show Harvey to the world. In fact, it is extremely unethical for her to do so, since Harvey can’t give his consent for her to do so. But she doesn’t care about that.; she cares about the publicity. Would she be showing her child to the world at every opportunity if she had a normal child? No, because nobody would care. As I said, she only does this for publicity and her own gain. Does Harvey even get offended by what is said about him? No, because he can’t understand it. That woman is a useless, irresponsible parent. There should really be an investigation into how Harvey knew the language he used that time. I’m sure he would’ve had to have heard it repeatedly in order to pick it up, and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was from his mother verbally abusing him.
Harvey is adorable and the love he has for his mam and her for him is so clear to see. It is a very hard job to care for someone with disabilities and Katie does a great job with Harvey
In a way Katie has bought this on herself by not separating her private life from her personal life.
He doesn't deserve it but his mum has made him a very public figure and NO ONE escapes criticism when in the public eye.
I can understand her bringing him to the publics attention as he's a big part of her life now but unfortunately the public don't care about him, they're not interested, similar to the John Lennon and Yoko situation, the public don't care about any baggage you've accumulated along the way, they just care about the original product.
First of all I don't normally watch any reality TV but having seen this and btw I was an advocate of Katie's but on reflection I can now see how much pressure she is putting her Mum under knowing she has a lung condition,she does need help sorting herself out,yes she has a lot going on but surely she should be thinking about her Mum she doesn't need to hear about what is going on but should focus on enjoying whatever time she has left.....Sorry if this offends anyone but it's how I feel AND feel free to delete it.

I think Harvey is amazing young man I don't think people should bully anyone not kids with or without special needs my little brother has special needs and learning disabilities so I grew up just seeing him as a normal brother so I know what people who have kids with special needs and learning disabilities it's shocking when people do that and I honestly hate any type of bully against anyone ever
