I had a transaction not to long ago where I didn't get my 5.00 my Catalina coupon back. I had to contact the Catalina company(so easy by the way) and a couple days later I got a 5.00 Catalina coupon through snail mail. Not sure if it works for boosters but it does for manufactor Catalina's!

Great haul today! I had that happen to me a couple of times when the booster was scanned not getting the cash wags. One time I got the paper booster but not the digital. I didn’t call CS the one time bc technically we are not suppose to get both so I didn’t won’t to raise a red flag and have wags flagging my account 😂
True lol! They didn’t say anything thankfully 😅 but based off how she talked about the booster like it was a RR I’m not sure she fully understood 🤦🏻♀️😬

I’m glad they took care of. It really depends on who answers the phone. Sone reps will say what do we owe you and others will give you the 3rd degree to keep from giving out wags cash or say “this will be a one time adjustment”🤣🤣

I know exactly what you mean!!! I have had my spend booster not get credited a couple times and customer service told me to contact Catalina 😢 not very helpful
Walgreens used to be much better. Now the customer service won't help you at all. I had a paper spend booster that the cashier scanned. I didn't get my Walgreens cash. She said I'll just give it back to you. It was earn $7 after spending $40 and it expired the next day. I called customer service and they said because it's a paper spend booster, there is no way to verify I had it. I'm pretty much done with Walgreens and all their hassles.

When do you use RR versus WC? So if I have RR and use them to lower oop cost, will I still get back RR if there is a deal that offers them? Hope that makes sense.
You can use a RR and earn a RR back and you can use a RR and earn wcash as well, same with wcash you can pay with wcash and earn a RR or wcash for a deal that says “buy” if a deal says “spend” x amount earn wcash then you don’t want to pay with wcash. I hope that helps!
@@CouponingWithKayla yes that helps. Although I went to Wags today and I had 2 RRs. One for 5 and one for 2. The 5 came off but the register would not take the 2. It has not expired. The cashier said it was prob due to some qs I clipped. So what you are saying is that you can use RRs anytime and get any deal? There's no stipulations? Thank you so much for what you do!
My crest $3 didn't print. My manager post voided and we tried doing it again. The first time I was trying to pay with WC, it still didn't print. I was trying to place an online order in-store, the Internet or the app wasn't working... My manager gave me a spend $25 get $7 booster. Bought 3 packs of Huggies, one Nivea cream, and 2 lollipops (one of my kids needed a treat). After shop kicks, and rewards I ended up getting everything for $11. I'm happy with that, but it could have been better. Some days are so smooth and others not so much. Either way, I love walgs!
Yes! Still a great deal for everything that you got! And I agree I love couponing at Walgreens, even with the hiccups here and there.
They haven't even put fathers day cards out in my Walgreens. Walgreens can be frustrating with couponing.

Not getting my rewards happens all the time there that's why I don't like couponing at walgreens
My Walgreens near me constantly has problems with Catalina now so I'm scared to go there to do anything cause they never credit it and then the same issue where i call customer service and they send me to Catalina and i don't get anything back in the mail after filling out the form. The other near me is closed idk i might have too go further to shop in Walgreens if i actually do anymore. I'm just sticking to CVS now.

Hi Kayla, When I was a Walgreens last week I was unable to use a paper booster with my online booster. The cashier did not know why but did say they were changing things and trying to cut down on people using both boosters. I am honestly not sure how true it is because this was the first time I heard of them changing things up. I will try again this week and see what happens. Have a great week.

It happened to me twice, I thought it was because I was using register rewards, I thought that maybe they're making you choose one or the other now

Do you mean you filled out the form for missing RR? I never hear back from them, the RR just shows up in the mail about 10 days later 🤞

Same here. Filled out 2 forms and got both RR's sent by mail in same envelope about 7-10 days later. The only email I receive is right after I submit claim as initial confirmation but nothing afterwards

100% agree with your Walgreens disclaimer. I love walgreens, but when things don’t work… oh what a headache. Last week was one of those weeks for me. My $7 booster didn’t work for about 3 of my transactions. I kept trying and failing… 😅

Has anyone not had their birthday booster Work? I have only been to Walgreens three times this whole month because I am trying to reduce my stock and my birthday booster has not in any extra Walgreens cash on any of those transactions. It printed and I scanned it on May 1 And there has been nothing. I should have gotten $14 back in Walgreens cash for my $10 booster and the additional amount for my birthday booster and I did not get the extra four dollars. I only got the $10.
Jodi Dunn said you cannot pay with WC when you activate your birthday booster she said to buy a candy bar and pay cash to activate and you must spend at least $1
Yeah, I did not pay with Walgreens cash so thankfully the person from customer Service just added up my purchases for the month so far and added the Walgreens cash to my account that I would have gotten if the birthday booster was working

The spend $20 get $5 Walgreens cash corresponds with the online only digital booster “earn $5 on $20+ spent on pg products” 04/28-06/29.
But I do think customer service should honor it, because when you scan products and it says it- it’s misleading.
