It seems solely due the to the blade being so stout. This plus the short stance and lack of any real weight on the rear. This is in Britain and they seem unavailable, in the Canadian market at least.
Sad that it is only 4 years old and rusty and crappy...why don't people cover their stuff up when it is not being used instead of leaving it out in the elements....
