DISC GOLF SHOE I WEAR use "syncsoverstripes" To Save!
alnk.to/dW9qSCv
Nice "put" to save that par on hole 8 (17)
I dont need to carry 25 discs i just have a lot of different molds i want to try lol
Love this 😂
try a Innova champion panther for a straight forehand 5 4 -2 1. That's what works for me
The Gateway Warrior is a great mid to forehand. Try it in the Diamond plastic.
Great, now I don't feel bad about showing up with my only 3 discs
Supreme Fugitive flies straight for a while with a reliably overstable finish.
I just prefer to have a specific disc for each shot. Why try to force over Buzzz when a Meteor is designed for the turnover shot? I understand the point of simplification, but then your discs lose their integrity faster (because you're using them more and adding wear & tear). To each their own tho!!
I had thrown my favorite Disc further than I ever had before & it landed in dirty water thinking I'll just drag it out with A stick . All was going great seeing it clearly in the beginning slowly pulling towards me fading away in the dirty water thinking. I finally can now just grab it out with my hands. Low & behold no Disc. I searched for 1 hour each time I had a chance to look. I tried 3 time searching for that dang thing & each time came up short. No disc, The Disc while dragging at the bottom of the lake had dug itself under the muddy base while the mudd & sticks covered the disc completely so the one way I will eventually retreave it is when we have a drought & I'll be able to walk in that area with no stinky nasty water.😂 point of the story is always carry a Disc retriever. Never rely on a stick for your Favorite Discs.
Innova shark mid flys super straight
Noted 📝
Innova Mako3 can be a lazer with a slight tail fall for back and forehand. I am surprised I don't see it more often 5/5/0/0
I forehand a buzz ss or a compass awesome midranges axiom hex is a little bit flippy but the fission hex is 👍😊
Does a Tactic count as a midrange? It’s my go-to forehand midrange in that case.
I'm pretty basic, but I can throw dimes with my Mako3 using forehand.
You only need one. That's its own kind of fun, but it's not for me ! The fun of disc golf is buying and trying.
My reactor fills that straight to slight fade FH, but I'm also at altitude. You could look at the pyro too which I think people really dig.
Yup, I second and bag both of those.
I played Englewood last week with just a Lizottle Hex. Then, played with my full 15-17 disc bag. I shot the exact same score.
As a forehand dominate player as myself, i did use a FLX Buzzz OS for a couple of years and it was nice and straight, but to me it felt like it had very little glide and didnt travel much further than a beat in Zone. What I have been loving more recently is a MVP Matrix in proton plastic (5/4/-1/2). It is surprisingly torque resistant, and flies really straight
I have a decently old Z dyed Buzzz OS, but that's still in great condition (didn't use it for a few years) that I can get like 15m (45+ feet) more distance on than on a Zone or my Stabilizer.
Agreed.
I forehand either a Justice or Emac Truth.
Crave, Proxy and Envy are my "mid range" discs. I'll bag a Buzz and Mako, but almost never use them
😂 I feel yuh man, I bag 2 Envys (proton & eclipse) which cover my midrange spot (proton), and putting putter spot (eclipse).
What plastic would you recommend for a crave though?
I forehand a wombat3 or a hex as a midrange
Par save on number 8... Lets go!!
It’s what keeps you coming back!
My straight midrange is a Leapord
The RPM Kotuku is great
As someone who bring 28 discs in his cart, I probably throw 8 of them on average per 18-hole round. I used to just play with a 10-disc bag, but ultimately I enjoy having a cart on most courses, and I like having options. That said, I could easily play most courses with a putting putter, overstable approach disc, stable mid, and 3 fairway drivers (understable, stable, overstable).
Axiom prism pyro
I use mvp signal or a volt that I throw easy FH those go pretty straight
both neutron plastic
I need one a DX destroyer, putts great on my windy home course, accurate from 1-220 yards, easy to throw forehand and back, super predictable throw (maybe because i have thrown it a lot) and $10 if I lose it, win win for me :) I will admit after about 250 my accuracy drops off a bit
Almost cried when that buzzz went in the water. Glad you got it back!
UA-cam career woulda ended If I didn’t lol!
Straight to fade forehand disc, try a Matrix or Glow Reactor. My Matrix is Proton and flies pretty close to my Eclipse Reactor. Just a different hand feel.
I could definetly drop half my disc, and score probably better, but i always add new to try.
Thats where i have the most fun.
legacy disc badger is a very good forehand Midrange for me.
DGA Quake and Terminal Velocity Ursa for mid forehands. You'll thank me later
I have been enjoying the PL Quake for forehands, it’s like a longer zone. As it beats in I’ve been using it for some backhands too
halo roc3 does a solid flip up straight with a surprisingly glidey fade if you need to get right at the end.
I believe that most people can cut back on the number of discs or molds.
I subscribed after you made that hole 8 putt. 👍
