I remember this song. Its the sound of my heart beating faster. These Gym leaders were probably the first ones for me to effectively combine threatening with awesome. I remember not letting my guard down often on these fights, because the music always made the opponents look much more threatening than they really were. And when you did let your guard down, thats when youd pay for it. It didnt get any better in the Elite Four and when fighting Steven. Those were some heartracing battles, even though Im sure nowadays people will go "Lol was ez pz for me." :P
