Maybe it’s just the way it’s translated, but the phrasing makes it sound like she knew already of his plans. Which makes me wonder, how much do the archons know about what the Tsaritsa is planning? Do they know what she wishes to achieve? It sure seems like they approve (at least that is true for Venti, Zhongli and Ei). I wonder how far their support of what seems to be a rebellion against Celestia will extend, and whether they will play active parts in the coup. If so, then Focalors is also a likely candidate for the cause

assuming you've played the Sumeru archon questline in full otherwise stop reading this as it's spoilers: Well technically they have all met "her" before as Nahida now is essentially Rukkhadevata. After Rukkhadevata was erased from history, all the mmeories and creating that had been attributed to Rukkhadevata or related to her in any way were rewritten to be Nahida. So Nahida is officially way older than 500 and has met all the archons 'before her birth' so to speak. But since Irminsul can't really create her memories of them and all of Rukkhadevata was destroyed, it's possible that Nahida's memories of the archons are mainly based on whatever images Irminsul simulated of them but nothing too personal that Rukkhadevata would have personally had, whereas they would know 'her' pretty "intimately"
SPOLERS: It's because after Nahida removed the forbidden knowledge in Irminsul, Lesser Lord Kusanali replaced Greater Lord Rukkhadevata's existence, which also means that in everyone's knowledge, Nahida was one of the original seven like Venti and Zhongli.

The later seems highly unlikely though. If only Nahida had archon-specific voicelines too...

Venti is not hated by anyone because of the cataclysm, nor the other archons hate him. It's just how he is, an annoying friend that everyone can't help but complain about. Doesn't mean they hate him. Although I do understand that a part of the Genshin playerbase, specially those who are very little informed about things tends to cause problems and misunderstandings. But that's just a part of every fandom. There are those types of people everywhere so, just unfortunate.

Based on their vls, you can have a rough idea about their relationship with each other. But I really find Zhongli and Ei’s vls about each other confusing. It’s like they’re friends/acquaintances and strangers at the same time🙃
