- The weather is getting hotter and our craving for ice-cream has increased! So we let Xenia try being an Ice-Cream Seller for the day (with help from Uncle Tan!) Will Xenia keep cool or melt under the pressure? Watch to find out!

To visit Uncle Tan, he works on Orchard Road opposite TANGS and his working hours are:
Monday: 11am - 7pm
Tuesday: OFF DAY

As much as there’s a lot of hipster ice cream shops/cafes in SG, nothing beats ice cream that sells under $2 that comes in either cone, bread or in a cup. When you hear a bell ringing at your HDB carpark, you know that the ice cream uncle is here. Bless you Uncle Tan, hope your business flourish and continue selling ice cream with a cheerful outlook! awwh that uncle is so nice 💕 honestly we should appreciate these ice cream uncles more and not take them for granted!! its quite discouraging that this line of business is disappearing so while it still lasts lets appreciate them more and just spend a little more time to talk to them etc!

I seldom comment on videos but I have to say that I have always enjoyed watching Xenia in Hired or Fired!! Her warm personality never fails to warm my heart especially when she’s interacting with the uncles she’s working with in every episode. My dad is a cook so I really understand how tiring it can get for these uncles. Videos like these makes me miss my dad. Keep up the good work Xenia!!
