I met my future wife nine years ago on FB. She was living and working for the government on Dinagat island. This is my first time seeing it. Thanks Chad !
What a great experience, Chad! You are living the dream kid. And again you feel the welcoming friendliness of the Filipinos, even on their own private island🏝️Amazing
Sometimes I have to pinch myself! Yes I agree I'm always feeling that warm welcome feeling from the locals always makes the experience that much better
I'm not a local in the Mystical Island Province of Love Dinagat Islands but I spent more than a decade of my life in that Province while working in a National Government Agency. The Island has a lot of beautiful beaches to offer. Less explored less exploited. Some of the people in the video look familiar to me. Thanks for sharing the stunning beauty of Mystical Island Province of Love.
What an amazing adventure. Philippines has tons of hidden gems that are yet to be discovered. Thanks for taking us along. I got Biray-biray on my list of places to go when we move there in less than a year.
Thank you for taking us along on this beautiful amazing journey !! 🏝️☀️ oh , and kudos to the kid from Cali who not only ate balut , but actually enjoyed it 🥴 I’m Filipina, and I don’t even wanna try it ! 🤮 Safe travels and thank you for all these great videos ! I got emotional with this one ; the beauty of the landscape and people is quite humbling and breathtaking.
I had great experience on Dinagat ..but I had the advantage of a woman who invited me there.. She took care of lodging and travel logistics.. And took good care of me.. A great place for any adventurous foreigner!
Wow 🤩 that was more than AWESOME Chad! Thank you so much for sharing this adventure! Your videos getting better and better bro!Greetings from your German follower Michael 👋👍👍👍👍👍
One of my Top 6 most beautiful and must go to places in Phl., Boracay and Siargao is not even on that list. So I hope you explored some more because that small province has a lot. In fact, I took a screen shot from a vlog of a view down and all around up above of an area called "blue lagoon" somewhere in Dinagat. I've been watching travel vlogs for nearly 8 years now, and among all the many beautiful places in Philippines i've seen so far, I thought that I may never or any time soon replace the astonishing image of the "corridor" going inside "The Big Lagoon" in El Nido, that I set up as my laptop wallpaper. It reminded me that this is Philippines, it is still possible.
I definitely want to get back there there's so much more to see and so many other amazing places to see in the Philippines 😎 thanks for the comments and suggestions
I believe those are not tuna. We call them tulingan... maybe of the same family of tuna, but they are 100 times smaller than tuna. Their meat texture and taste are different compared to tuna. Its like comparison of lion and house cat.
If I'm not mistaken Dinagat Islands is where a lot of storms pass by all the time. This may be the reason why the place is still not touristy. Man you are so lucky to be there on a beautiful day like that!❤😮
If Dinagat Island is hit by a typhoon, then so is Siargao. They are just neighbors. In other words, there are not so many typhoons that pass by Dinagat Island.
@@wavemaker2077 Incorrect. @mayladrido6536 is right a lot of the typhoons that hit Cebu actually come through the straights there in Surigao. So the storms actually go through the passes there or they are deflected north and go up the coast along Leyte.
I did a solo trip in Dinagat Islands 3 months ago. I was also the only tourist and I had a LOT of fun! It’s one of my favorite places now. So beautiful and virgin!
Chad, one of your best videos! You are really coming into your own with the editing and narration... I am in Cavite, I put Danagat on my list! Keep it up!

years ago when my husband came home with me to the philippines, and i bought a dozen of balut fresh and stillhot ,and hubby looks like he was gonna puke lol,but he sees my little nephews eat it like its the best food there is. so hubby feels like hes such a big chicken shit haha,so to show them that he is not that chicken shit,he tried it,and to his amazement .he said hmm its actually good! ..its not that bad once you try it you wont have an issue to have another ,its just at first ,it looks bad,its what you call if you never tried it ,no room for anyone to say bad about it, because we happen to love the flavor of balut!😊
Epic trip Chad. I'll be there in December with a buddy. just deciding on island and stuff to do, this looks pretty sweet for a few nights. sorting transport looks hit or miss though. would you up for sharing the boat owners details? maybe on email?

Hi Chad, i visited San Jose about 15 years ago and i stayed on the close island called Yabyaban island or "the sleeping boy" I saw that island on the video because its only about 7 minute away from San Jose. Yes that area truley is paradise. Nice review of the area.
