Just wanted to let you know, Dallas has stated that the Chosen does not portray Mary as a prostitute. They only show her as possessed, having past traumas that could have opened her up to that, and with maybe a substance issue. I agree the Chosen is pretty good and I have not seen anything that contradicts scripture. I like that the show is actually drawing people to read the Bible. Also, from what I've learned, most if not all of those people who make those "Chosen Bad" videos haven't even watched the series.
You overreact about “blasphemy” or there being an “antichrist” in the chosen. In the beginning of the FIRST episode in the chosen, it says that the chosen is based on the true stories of the gospels of Jesus Christ. Some locations and timelines have been combined or condensed. Backstories and some characters or dialogue have been added. It also encourages viewers to read the gospel. Please stop overreacting, it is just a show portraying Jesus.
I appreciate your comment, but I'm not sure you watched the video. I completely 100% agree with you. In this video I analyze how perfect the chosen disclaimer is. My comments about blasphemy and the antichrist are meant to be comedic, because people say these things about the Chosen and I think it's ridiculous, which is why I do these videos to combat it 🙂
