  • In this video I discuss my year and a half detransition process, which has seen me go from living as a transwoman for 12 years, to now living once again as a male. It has been quite a journey. #detransition #transition #mtf #transwoman

I have watched you several years, I never cared whether you wished to be male or female I always considered you intelligent, interesting, and your knowledge extended into many areas. The very first time I watched,I was hooked on your bright outlook and honest opinions. It was a relaxing change from most channels listening to a person who was middle of the road on issues and refused to stress out or lead anyone else to stress. I have loved your Halloweens, your metal detectors, your garden, your cooking, all a positive in my life as I feel as if you're the perfect neighbor. I am an Evangelical male considering transitioning to Catholic ,I never judge anyone,I have many gay friends I love and value. You are a very attractive person regardless of which sex you choose ( it's your wonderfully kind eyes ) and I hope you will accept my love and gratitude for all the places you have taken me to see and all the information you have provided through the years. Love and may peace follow you Redbaron Chattanooga TN

Thanks for sharing this personal story, Rosie.🙂 You will probably get a lot of views on this video, as many detransition UA-cam videos do.👍🏻 I have watched quite a few of them.😁 Yes, trans issues are all over social media, as well as detrans issues, especially with young people that started transitioning before or around the age of 18, that are now detransitioning.

I think this is a very personal and intimate topic, and it is not the business of others to comment or judge. Sexuality belongs to the person and is none of the business of others. The world nowadays lacks of this modesty. Everyone wants to claim what/who he is and splash it to the face of others. I do not care how you identify. I care if you are a good or bad person. I care if I can communicate with you, exchange, discuss, share human values. I see who you are Rosie, and I guess people love you because of that. I am glad you went through this life evaluation and rethinking and that you found your own way. But more over, I am happy to hear that you are happy that way. Because this is all that matters. Sending love from DC.

Rosie O'Kelly🌹. I always give you a rose when i entered your chat. Rosie, I had the honor of meeting you as a intelligent hard lady of the Rancho. "Always a lot of maintenance, to keep up with at the Rancho". You often said. Gender never gave me a 2nd thought. You were beautiful from the inside out with the biggest kindest heart. We had so much fun traveling to Vegas and different place. You kept us all very entertained and helped us through Covid and our government crapola and i learned alot from you girl🌹. When you decided to detransition, I felt that was your personal decision and I wanted to back you up no matter what. Ok so you changed a few things and you are a very handsome man, you still have all the same ideas about how are life is moving and you still make outstanding videos. Look at you doing an 18 hour stream in that deadly Vegas sun. You did it with determination and drive. Rosie M or F you are one amazing person and i value your UA-cam channel and you treat everyone with love and respect. You will be in my heart, held tight forever. You look so handsome and young for your age Rosie O'Kelly, please write your book.. Get out there and travel, but wherever you go, you must bring us along🥰💙. I havent been in your chat for quite awhile now but i watch every stream. Will be back real soon. Im very sorry to talk so much. Hubby always says I am writing a novel but

This is beautiful, Rosie. I am a big fan of yours regardless of gender. You are one of the good ones. As a Christian, sometimes I am torn...but then I hear of the high suicide rate of transgendered kids, gay individuals, or anyone that feels misunderstood and wrong in the body they were born into, and my heart reminds me Jesus stressed the importance of love. Ours is not to judge, but to love. That being said, I agree with you on the implications of social media and young, impressionable minds. As a teacher, I am reminded that what goes in manipulates how the brain operates. Good or bad, it's there. We ultimately need to support each other while at the same time being mindful of the ever-changing, impressionable brain. The world is a changing place, both good and bad. Thank you, Rosie, for you sage wisdom (I do think it's quite sage!) and the compassion you feel for your fellow human being. I look forward to your book.

Thank you Rosie for sharing this. It’s inspirational. Years ago my 20 something daughter came out to me. She was tortured (internally, not literally) with her own journey. I always recognized that she struggled with her identity but I waited for her to come to me when she was ready. I wasn’t exactly sure what that would look like. One day I had the opportunity to say …. “You know… there is absolutely nothing you can do or share that would change my love and pride for you”? I don’t think she expected that but she asked me to sit down with her and she very nervously and tearfully told me that she was a girl. We embraced and I told her how proud of her I was. I told her God doesn’t make junk. We hugged and smiled and cried together as she was finally able to take that very scary step. Since then she has thrived. She started her hormones soon after. She hasn’t had surgery (yet… I think it’s her hope to one day achieve that). All I knew was that I love her no matter what. She knows I’m here for her. It hasn’t been easy as she’s had to navigate telling friends and co-workers. I can’t imagine her anxiety. I’m proud of my beautiful girl (she’s almost 36). I’m proud of you Rosie for your authenticity and honesty. I think we need to have these conversations. There is a lot of ignorance out there but being able to talk and understand is huge. I have appreciated you since I discovered you a couple of years ago. I’m sure all of the factors you mentioned caused you to be thoughtful and discerning about what and when and how much to share. We need to have these conversations. I think the more we talk and understand we might be able to overcome any stigma (one way or another). Thanks again Rosie. You’re amazing.
    xx Janine
ps. I agree about the sort of thrust to influence young people (under 18) and I agree with you. I attended a support group meeting with my daughter and there were parents there with children as young as 7. They were passionate and vocal and I felt uneasy for these very young children. I do think it’s important to support our kids while trying not to influence them into a corner that they may one day not want to be in.
    🙏

that a great take on how the world has tuned it into a trend and pushing it down peoples throats which is wrong, thats what it was like for my son when he was younger aged 14 pushed down his throat at school so he thought he was trans, now he is 22 and luckily i was able to tell him to wait and see and it turns out he was male after all, which i knew as i could see all his favourite things in life we all male orientated which suggested he was being manipulated by people at school and social media.

  • @LetYrLiteShine

Yeah I have to agree with you on the influence on the young folks. My oldest kid (now 21) is on the spectrum and is all over the place on gender dysphoria and figuring out if she wants to be a he or binary. Has changed her/his name 4 times now as well. Not mentally stable to do any transition, in my eyes, as they have a lot of mental struggles and transitioning is a commitment. But I was so surprised that doctors today are willing to hand young adults the hormones without getting consent from therapists, etc. As you said, you really need to be committed to this change. Anyway, thanks for sharing your story.

That clinic in Tavistock (England) was real bad. A lot of the children who went there was found to be in an abusive relationship with a parent. Whether that was sexual abuse, or the parent forcing a gender on the child.
Tavistock is a town full of weird people and I don't mean trans. I use to have an ex living there. I use to find it very strange place. In a way I'm not surprised this clinic opened there.
I think big business is involved in the new trans movement. Just like the Pride events. Business ruins everything which catches it's greedy eye!

I have so much l could say...The first time l stumbled on one of your videos l said 'Cool! This guy is into vintage audio like myself!'. I say guy because you very obviously were. It didn't bother me at all! I just thought 'He's doing his thing. He's trying. He just sucks at it.'. Too much to say...l consider myself technically a crossdresser, and l'm extremely good at it. Only because somewhere along the way l actually became the person l was trying to be! Now l am Michelle. Does that make any sense? Just to end, these decisions were made late in my life. Later than you even. I totally agree that it shouldn't be a 'teenage dad's. Your 'journey' may have led full circle to a better understanding of yourself, mine continues however and l love every day of it! Thanks for sharing, and most importantly being real! Love 'Michelle'.

If you think about it 🍹 it goes back to Adam IMO the innate curiosity because Adam was shim all alone. His creator had to do surgery and made a mate from his own body. Adam in turn is the first biological mother and father 💨 🌿 🍄

"Think about it" from any but a Biblical perspective. Since ancestry can only be traced through mitochondrial (mother's) DNA, it's clearly EVE who is the "first biological mother and father". Adam is clearly the afterthought. But maybe he was the first spin doctor!

@@rosieokelly Sometime I'd like to message you about a situation my family has been going through. I know it's difficult to answer all the individual questions you get but if you're ever available to chat I'd be very appreciative. Take care and again, thank you.

I feel like parents today are very very neglectful or very pushy with their own opinions on how their children should be, like it's kind of black and white deal....no patience
