The bronco bug looks just like a Japanese bait I have seen I think from OSP but tweaked a little and now we will be able to readily get it here in lots of colors. I am excited to try it for sure.
Im really digging the freeloader, craw, and bug for sure I think those will smash the fish down south where I live... Really looking forward to getting my hands on some of these!!!
Crush City baits work for inshore species too. I live in SoCal & have been using the mayor’s & caught everything from bay bass to calico bass, to sand bass, to halibut, to corvina. I even caught a WSB on the ned BLT fished on the new VMC swinging ned head!
Those should be good for the saltwater too. That hinge action on the one bait should be awesome for flounder and redfish. Both sizes of paddle tails ought to be great too. Is Rapala going to make a version of the chatterbait?
Really cool! The only thing I'd like to mention is why the swimbait has two sets of eyes. I mean, the eyes are already present on the body as well as the jighead, and it just takes away from the classic Rapala design that pays attention to every little detail. The weight has to be embedded in the head.
This is Rapala’s FIRST attempt at soft plastic baits. Majority of their bait line up is hard lures of baits. It’ll be interesting to see how this fairs with the bass fishing community and how possible popular it gets, one hit wonder in soft plastics? We’ll see!
Eh they already owned Storm and that line of plastics (like the largo shad Wheeler has won a fair amount of money on). So they have experience with making plastics, now it will depend on marketing and how well they work. The name is dumb though - it’s too much like slang and may turn some people off.
Enjoy your videos. Waiting to give the baits a try when the water gets a little "softer". I have also been watching some videos from Australia that have some CrushCity baits for their waters. They look great. Any idea where we might get some on this side of the pond? Thanks and continued good luck on the tour
I was always a ripstop guy, and my soft plastics I won’t mention, but more competition breeds better quality baits and Rapala in the game for softs, count me in, I’ve been looking for something to replace my two go to brands.
It’s a decently tough plastic. Tough as googan or strike king but has a bunch of salt in the bronco bug. The ned BLT is impressive for being a tpe because it’s still softer than most
CrushCity baits are now available on our website!
Check them out here: www.rapala.com/us_en/rapala/crushcity

Caught my PB this past weekend on a texas rigged california craw! She chased it down when it started sinking! No hesitation!!
Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳

Dream for a day, go fishing with Jacob Wheeler
Can’t wait to try them all!!🎣
This is exciting. I love to see Rapala expanding in bait types. Can't wait to try. When will they be available in Canada retailers?
How will they expand, they caught top players like zman
Nothing but great results from Ned blt. On a swing ned rig sheeesh bass can’t help it.
His bug looks like the osp do live beavers

I assume we will be seeing these at ICast? Can’t wait to try them when they come out!
Yes! These will be on display at iCast.
Bronco Bug is their answer to a OSP Dolive Beaver
I look forward to using the clean up craw or Branco bug on a vmc rugby head jig.
Wanted to tell you JDub really appreciate all you do for us . Dude we see you . I pray God bless you and your family this month some how amen
Lotw sports headquarters have the best gear in nw Ontario
Jacob is the man, exciting stuff.

you guys need to make the crush city jerk shad/jerk bait it has no movement
I finally got soft lures from Rapala ! 👌🔥
I need 2 of everything!!

Rapala has had a soft plastic line in the past, but it didn't do well.
They'll make a name with that Bronco Bug. It's already a proven lure.
@@timndel the names for the individual baits are pretty good but “crush city” is dumb IMO

These are all good lures caught fish on all of them, but to me the freeloader is the best the bass love that lure

What hooks do you recommend for the bronco and what jig head for the freeloader?
Great knockoffs guys! Jacob did a real amazing job
Awesome baits
You need to make a form fitted head for the Mayor as well as making 5 to 7 inch bait. Everyone makes a 3 and 4 inch Swimbait.
Where is crush city curly tail
Heading to LOTW Headquarters to pick mine up ASAP #crushcity
Freeloader looks identical to the Spunk Shad.
i wasn't expecting anything ground breaking here, just a decent set of plastics... but man these underwaters look good
I’m just glad he left googan. Maybe now I’ll give duckett rods a try and can go back to throwing DT series crank baits.
Do these baits come with insider information? Btw love the OSP & 13 knockoffs.
Maybe the Bronco Bug will not tear apart at the hinge where the legs attach to the body like the Dolive Beaver.
🤙🏻
When and where will they be available?

Bronco bug is great finally can stop paying big $ for OSP beavers.
I’m wondering how durable they are verses OSP’s.
Osp’s don’t have good durability

@@Spaceshuttlegunnernone are durable, but if u want good action with cheap price, go with noeby bug it's not durable
