Xavier Baizar fantastic. Did she like it? I have a mermaid fairy doll coming out very soon. I spent the last couple weeks perfecting how to make them. I should DIY tutorial in the next few days. I love it.. and it's one of my favorite fairy dolls.
+Jaimee Dalby Hello! I would cut the lace to about 9 inches for a one year old. Here is a tutorial for a lace crown headband that might be helpful - ua-cam.com/video/5JLf_nPg6Vg/v-deo.html Thanks for watching!
charismatic khansa No. the microwave cooks at higher temperatures than the oven. Since you have no oven you can buy any kind of acrylic gloss finish spray to seal it. I use Aleene's acrylic gloss finish spray, it's $5 at Walmart if you have a Walmart if not you probably could get it at any craft store but any sealer spray will be fine.
charismatic khansa you're welcome.. I don't know why this lady that makes the videos don't answer some questions but since she didn't I thought I'd answer it for you. ;)
Gorgeous finish to the crown although I would advise not to put the glitter on the inside as it might get stuck in hair (especially for children) but brilliant video 👌
Nice crown ! But when you said to put into the oven on 200 degrees ! You talk about Celsius or Fahrenheit ? I guess you are talking in Fahrenheit ! Anyway I am from Venezuela and we bake always on Celsius ! Thanks for the video
Yes! It would be 200 degrees Fahrenheit. I should have been more specific in the tutorial. Thank you for pointing that out. I am so excited to have subscribers from different parts of the world! Thanks for watching!
monica garcia I found this lace at Joann's Fabric and Craft Store. It is sold by the yard. However, I am sure that any store that sells fabric will carry lace you could use for this crown. Good luck!

Where do you buy your lace?
how do you attach to the head?
Are there any alternatives to the clear acrylic spray paint? I prefer to work with something that I can use indoors without having to wear a mask.
Adorable

Can we use German glue for the glitter instead?
What length would you cut the lace for an infant? I'm thinking of doing this for a 1year old.

When using glue in a project, it's best to wear disposable gloves to keep the glue off your hands.
