Trying out my new adjustable dumbbells on Arm Day. Working out the biceps and triceps, changing weights on dumbbells, and walking through my routine. These are the new Fit Rx adjustable dumbbells.

I never really swing weights. I usually lift and lower them with a controlled motion.

These seem pretty solid but the size looks a little janky and it sounds like it’s pretty loud and rattly.

They are longer than a normal dumbbell and the weights rattle some, but never had a problem with the weights falling out. They have held up for over a year for me.

Hmm, im seeing this on sale right now for 169 for a set. The only thing i dont like is how big it is. I want to buy the powerblock but i dont think itll go on sale anytime soon

The length took me a little bit to get used to, but now it's no big deal. 169 is great price!

Has these ever slipped out on you since you had them?

They haven't fallen out while using for me. If the weight is not locked in, you can tell. It won't lift out and the handle get stucks. Forcing it then can cause issues. But regular use, nothing has ever dropped out on me.
